First haircut for over a year its been a long time and my hair needed some TLC. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. I felt straight at ease though every stage from discussing styles. , the shampoo and products, to the cut, style and finish. My hair feels and looks wonderful , I can't thank Charles the stylist enough for his expertise , attention to detail and whole experience. I really appreciated having Charles attention from start to finish during my appointment. I came out feeling confident and ready to face the world, which is exactly how i love to feel after pamper. Highly recommend!

Went in for my first hair cut in 18 months. Charles did an amazing colour correction and cut. I'd used a million different box dyes during lockdown and he was able to correct it all and bring it to a beautiful even colour. The cut was great too, one of the best I've ever had.

I have have been searching so long for an excellent hairdresser. The search is over Jane at Sherlocks Marple Bridge is fantastic. At last a hairdresser who understands curly hair. The best hair cut I have ever had. Jane is so knowledgeable about curly hair, she is gentle too no hair tugging that you usually have to put up with. She cuts it just as you ask so you are not disappointed. I cannot recommend her highly enough what a pleasure it is now having my hairdone

I had my hair cut here for the first time today. I was really very pleased with the haircut. I’d not had a professional cut since March. I saw lots of sanitizer being used on everything between cuts. Masks were worn by all. The interior design is great. I enjoyed the conversation too.

I returned to Sherlocks after some time to find Elliot has returned from London (not that we knew him before) as their barber (hopefully to his mum's delight!?). You need to book, so I grabbed a cut on Thursday, and then got both my boys sorted on Saturday; he's got a great way with lads. Very relaxed and a cut that will grow out well. Dead impressed, and a very reasonable price. Welcome home Elliot. The north is a fine place to be!

A great new addition to Marple Bridge. I have used both the guys here to cut both my sons and my hair and both of them can cut hair great. They make you feel both comfortable and welcome. If you are in need of a fresh trim and good banter look no further

The best service, wouldn’t go no where else.. my nails have been perfect and I have so many compliments every time, even from strangers! Kate, belle amber and Matilda (when matilda worked at the salon ) are such friendly girls and make you feel so comfortable and welcome! Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I 100% would recommend to everyone. The change in location is absolutely stunning also which is a bonus!

Absolutely stunning location.. and the girls made me feel so welcome, very impressed with it all being solar powered too. Best nail art I've ever had. 10/10 . I've booked with both Katie and Annabel, and both did an amazing set of nails . I've booked with Amber for toes a few times, and she is fab too. I’ve been coming to Pretty Me for nearly five years now and it stands to reason how amazing Belle and Kate are, not only when it comes to nails but also themselves as people. Over the years I’ve had both Belle and Kate paint my nails and they have always managed to bring my ideas to life… and helped when I’ve been stuck for what to choose! Their application and nail art is second to none and having been a serial nail biter for years, they’ve made me fall in love with my nails. Aside from the countless gorgeous nail sets they have done for me (for which I have included several pictures of), Belle and Kate always make getting my nails done an a enjoyable experience. I feel I’ve developed a good relationship with them over the years to which it now feels like I’ve had the best therapy session when I’ve left! I must also mention that the girls are SO accommodating and Belle has twice now worked to squeeze me in after cancelling due to illness - even working late into the evening when she knew I had holiday/wedding nails booked in! Belle and Kate’s dedication to their craft and their clients is clear to see and I would recommend them a thousand times over.

Hannah is beyond professional and knowledgable, but above all she is one of the most empathetic and warmest people that I know. She always makes you feel a million dollars before she has even worked her magic with your hair!! Absolutely love my cut… not everyone can cut short hair like Hannah… she just has an eye and knows how to make you look fabulous. Thank you for squeezing me in at super short notice Hannah!

I'm so glad I found Hannah and her new beautiful studio ,we lost her for a while as she left her old place of work . But it's back to amazing hair now for all of us ! She did an amazing balayage on my daughter last week ,it looks immense and she always makes me feel good about my hair again ! Shes so kind ,lovely ,chatty ,genuine. So many stylists are fake ,but shes just genuinely 'Hannah ' . Her new studio is looking so lovely and shes got a lot more plans for it . I'm really happy for her and definitely we won't ever be going anywhere again ,she's a fantastic stylist and colourist .

This Salon is the best I’ve ever been to! Not just hannah who did my extensions and colour but all the staff are so lovely make you feel totally relaxed. I can’t thank hannah enough my hair was in the most awful condition brittle, snappers and so thin. She knows exactly what she’s doing and has made me feel amazing. I will forever be a customer here now, even though it’s a 30 minute drive from me it’s totally worth it!!! Thanks again hannah xx

I had not had my haircut in 5 years because of a previous bad experience elsewhere. I searched online and came across Becca at Shampers Studio Marple. I went in for an initial chat as I was nervous, here she put my mind at ease that she would not cut anymore than I asked for. A week later and I’ve been to have it cut, I can honestly say it’s made me feel so happy. It was terrifying putting my trust in someone to cut my hair again, but my word, she did amazing and I can’t thank her enough! I’ll definitely be back again! Thanks Becca! Love getting my nails done by Sophie! Friendly and professional, Sophie always manages to create exactly what I want and happy to advise when I’m feeling indecisive. I have infills every 3 weeks and my nails always look in great condition. My natural nails have never been this long. I couldn’t recommend Sophie enough.

Skin rejuvenation was less painful than microneedling (that I've had done elsewhere) vickie was really helpful and informative and the salon is lovely inside. The treatment i had is to help my skin and it already looks amazing and it's not even healed yet. Booked my next session already, and looking forward to it. 😊

Today I visited clever contours for the first time and treated myself to a Japanese head spa + facial, and it don’t be the last time! Beth, my therapist, was so lovely, knowledgeable and provided a relaxing treatment that I want again and again! The before and after care has been fantastic and although they have items to purchase on site and online, these weren’t mentioned until reading the after care email and I appreciate the lack of ‘hard sell’. Therefore i will be having a look online to see what I can purchase to improve my scalp and skin health. Thank you Clever Contours! X
