After wearing a "bob" style haircut for many years, I recently decided to go for a "pixie" style haircut. So easy to manage in much less time. Matty did a great re-style. So pleased. Thank you Matty!

Ash is the only salon I've ever been drawn to stay loyal to! And has been a constant and consistent reliable presence for the last 8 years of some big life changes and hair dramas. Not only have they provided great regular colour and cuts, but have also supported me through hair loss, sensitively advising me on hair replacement wigs and supplements like Glowwa. Once I regained my hair after my treatment, Ash was the only place I would trust with my bridal hair for my wedding. So, they've really been on the journey of life with me. 100% recommend, lovely team, clean and tidy salon, not pushy on products. You won't be disappointed 😊

Jon has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and he is a magician with curly hair, he's the only one I trust! Before Jon, I got a few dodgy triangle hair cuts but he is so reliable, he ALWAYS does a wonderful job and I leave so happy with my haircut. Not only is he such a talented hairdresser but he is great company and makes me feel so welcome. He cuts all of my sisters' hair too, even my Nana comes! I couldn't recommend Judith and Jon more. I'll never go anywhere else.

Met Shelby and Kay at Prestige . Was let down by a hairdresser. They went over and beyond for me. Never thought a bob could look so good and Shelby also taught me how to create this style at home. I've rarely had my hair cut as I have a phobia from past experiences as a child. Today I was cured. Shelby and Kay could tell I was nervous. They both reassured me and let me be me. Shelby listened ,reassured and talked me through everything. 17 inch's I needed cut today to donate. Shelby is extremely talented I never thought a bob could look so good. I've had so many compliments already and it's not even been an hour. There was no rush . I can't thank Shelby enough and Kay. Beautiful ladies inside and out. Thankyou Shelby. Thankyou Kay. I recently visited this new hair salon and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The salon itself was spotless and well-organized, which really put me at ease. I had my hair done by an apprentice, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. My only wish is that they accepted card payments, as I had to arrange a bank transfer while visiting family here in Manchester. Nonetheless, the team was patient and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

Really good service very skilled barber a really nice guy called sante cut my hair high skin fade and my son got the same i would highly recommend 5 star service. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Italian Touch salon, where Serena performed a transformative keratin treatment on my 4C coily hair. Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Plus I kept getting asked by Serena and her staffs if I need a cup of coffee or water or tea or anything. I felt really welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend Italian Touch salon for all hair types. Serena’s professionalism and skill have truly made a significant difference in my hair care routine.

I’m a nervous salon goer, as the hair I want and and the hair I walk out with very often don’t match up however that wasn’t even remotely the case here with Serena. She listened to everything I wanted to say, suggested a treatment more suitable (and less expensive!) than I was originally booked for, and didn’t touch my length which I was very, very particular about and despite making this clear everywhere I go, never seems to be listened to! I would recommend Italian Touch to anyone, particularly those interested in vibrant hair colours which Serena absolutely nailed !

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have called the salon asking for a quick consultation and the owner was super accomodating, she understood perfectly what I wanted and she quickly booked an appointment for me. She gave me lot of advice about the treatments, what product to use and she was honest about the result and what to expect. What can I say. Her blowdry is the BEST and made me feel like I was back home, she is definitely a perfectionist. I actually cant wait to go back, thank you!

So friendly and welcoming! My 9 year old daughter was having her first hair cut and donating it to Little Princess Trust. We were not charged for the cut and told to add it to our donation. The cut looks beautiful too

Friendly and helpful hairdressers with great beauty options too. Paige was able to find time to do my hair for an event at very short notice during the busy period before Christmas, and Kim who does beauty is lovely and very reasonably priced. It's a great place, everyone is friendly and does a good job. The only downside is that parking isn't especially easy but I've been told they're trying to make space around the back.

Amazing staff, they make you feel so welcome. The results are amazing. I highly recommend as i am a loyal customer. They are amazing with children. They've cut my serverly Autistic Daughters hair and were super patient with her :) such a tight close knit family. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5* :)

As always, I had a wonderful experience having my hair done in a COVID safe environment. I am growing old disgracefully and have wacky colours in my hair. Paige is so talented and does an amazing job of choosing the perfect colours for me. I trust her so much, I let her decide on the colour scheme! I must admit, my last visit and this one are my favourites so far, pinks and purples. The colours fade beautifully too, so it's like getting 3 or 4 new hairdos between appointments!

Been getting my hair done by Ellie for years. Alway goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Ellie is very attentive and is fully engaged when clients are discussing their goals, Ellie is very honest and takes the health of the hair very seriously, she will go out her way to find kinder alternatives to eventually reach the goal your wanting; if hair can’t take harsher products. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💖🥰

For my first visit…. June 2024 I had my consultation with Hayley, for a skin patch test and to discuss what colours I wanted and what would be suitable for my hair type. Parts of my hair are damaged due to been over processed with lighting. I felt confident that I was in safe hands, so I made an appointment. When I attended my appointment, Hayley talked me through the colours would suit my skin tone and the techniques that she would be using. I was extremely happy with the results of the highlights with a root melt and toner, blow-dryed and finished off with waves. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and it was nice to have a chat and coffee. I asked for other beauty recommendations, Hayley and the team were attentive and helpful. Thank you 😁
