It was my first time having my hair cut today at Essence. I had my hair done by Ellie and I'm so pleased with it! Ellie is great at what she does and so friendly, definitely going to be my new salon, can highly recommend!

Been getting my hair done by Ellie for years. Alway goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Ellie is very attentive and is fully engaged when clients are discussing their goals, Ellie is very honest and takes the health of the hair very seriously, she will go out her way to find kinder alternatives to eventually reach the goal your wanting; if hair can’t take harsher products. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💖🥰

Lillie has been taking care of my hair now for over a year and it’s never looked better. After previous bad experiences with balayages on my dark Asian hair with other hair dressers, Lillie took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted with my colour and style and I could not be happier with the result, it is exactly what I wanted ! Me and my mum had never been here till yesterday and the staff were so lovely and friendly made us feel so welcome. Our hair felt and looked amazing after a deep condition and cut we would love to keep coming here x
