I booked a haircut with Amy because of all the 5 star reviews she had. I have to say it was the best hair cutting experience i have had. I booked the 'start here for new customers' haircut and Amy made sure to look at my hair curl pattern, scalp and other things i mentioned. After this i told her what haircut i wanted and showed some pictures as examples. She cut it and checked in with me as she did. I felt listened to with how my hair is and how i wanted it cut. Great experience, well worth it and am so happy with my haircut, it looks and feel great! Thanks Amy :)

I’ve been going to Aura for 4 years for hair and beauty. Amy & Ella listen to your thoughts and work with your hair to get the best results that suit your hair. I’m so picky about my hair and they are great. Lizzie (beauty therapist) is fabulous and her treatments are amazing. I highly recommend the back massage, she gets all the knots out! All the girls are welcoming, allow you chat or be quiet depending how you are feeling. If I was in anyway trained in this industry I would love to work there!

Molly is a great hairdresser who really listens to what I'd like to happen with my hair. I'm often quite vague about this but she always gets it! Its always possible to get an appointment within the week (now hairdressers have settled into the usual routines). The system also allows for rescheduling/cancelling if that's ever needed. There's a lot of other hair/beauty services available for affordable prices, though I only go in for a simple cut. Check out the website for details. The hairdresser's is a lovely space in that's light, airy, spacious and private (so no passers by to make self conscious clients like me twitch in their seats!) Distancing and COVID safety practises are in place, in case anyone is wondering about this.

Abbey created the most amazing pink and white ombré look for my nails today. I’m so happy with them I can’t stop admiring her work. The whole experience at Masquerade was fantastic, a very friendly warm welcome from these ladies. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended first class service!!

I had my nails manicured and painted today for my weekend away in Harrogate. This was my first visit mascuarade and was made to feel very welcoming and was offered a coffee straight away. The staff were all lovely and felt like I'd been going for years, i will be having my nails done again and have booked for my hair done in a couple of weeks. Really pleased with my nails they look and feel great.

I have Been coming to coco’s for the last 13 years. I have my hair coloured and cut. Also have regular Sienna spray tans. They use the best products and the most up to date methods. Mandy and the girls are professional and excellent hair stylists. Check out their Instagram page for amazing colours. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. A friendly warm welcome.

This is such a fab place. Mandy and the girls have such experience and knowledge. They are always updating training and can speak expertly about products and services. You are made to feel welcome and cared for. And.......there's prosecco should you fancy a glass !

My hairdresser Mandy who is also the owner always goes above and beyond for me. I go once a month for a colour and a cut. I am a natural red head which I hate. Over the period I have been going to Coco’s I have been every colour under the sun, which is not easy to achieve with red hair. She is always honest with me if she thinks something won’t work or tells me it will take a few months to achieve. And she’s always right! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the other staff members are friendly and helpful and if there’s one thing you can count in when you go into the salon, it’s a laugh and a good old girlie chit-chat! Highly recommended

I had my eyebrows threaded here, very professional and lovely clean salon. Dina explained in detail the benefits of threading compared to waxing. I love my eyebrow shape and would always go back to Dina to get my eyebrows done. I also had my nails done for a party, they were great and lasted long! Thanks D x

Dina never fails to amaze me when doing my brows or other treatments for me, she is always very professional, always listens to what i want and never fails to deliver. After going to Dina for nearly over 2 years after having tried endless number of therapists i will never let anyone else touch my touch or even think to go elsewhere. Dina has been providing me with beauty treatments for several years now. Mostly facial threading, tinting, lashes, waxing and occasional makeup. 5 star plus probably the best ladies and gents hairdresser in the area. I know they have clients who travel from Merseyside because I was talking to them.The lady who cut my hair said they have one lady who comes down from Edinburgh just to get her hair done. Rang last minute 7.30 Friday evening left message on answer machine. The manager got back to me 30 mins later and i was in at 8am Saturday (12 hours later). Great consultation around colour and had every confidence in the final outcome. Nichola was brilliant checking on length as I had quite allot cut off. Took advantage of the great offer Too for this month Would highly recommend, never been before and they were very flexible to my late planning. I will be visiting again very soon.
