I'm so glad I chose this salon for my first visit in 4 years. Joanne really understood the way I wanted my hair styling and did an amazing job. Now have more controllable waves and was shown how to style my wavy bob by Joanne too.

As a massive introvert I’m always amazed at how Joanne manages to eek more than one sentence out of me whilst in the chair. She is a conversational wizard who skilfully avoids all the usual conversational small-talk topics and fills my awkward silences, without making me feel like I want to stab myself in the eye with the scissors she’s using. And always an excellent haircut of course!!

I have had my eyelashes done a few times now off Nikki and she is honestly the most nicest person I’ve met, she makes you feel so welcome and always making conversation. I would highly recommend she’s amazing!!

I booked in for Russian lashes yesterday and I’m absolutely over the moon. This is my second appointment with Nikki and for the second time has made them look absolutely gorgeous. Nikki always takes the time prior to the appointment to discuss how I want them to look with the length and the overall effect. All whilst delivering the most friendliest and efficient customer service. All the staff make ann effort to give you a warm welcome regardless of whether you’re due an appointment with them or not. Never once do I feel any discomfort in the process and Nikki is super careful and quick whilst giving me the best results. Whenever I can, I will always book in at the salon. Thank you so much Nikki! I went here today for an appointment with Hope after getting in touch through Facebook, she answered me within half an hour and I got booked in 2 days later .Having explained what the problem was Hope clearly explained what treatment I could have and put me at ease .I haven't been to a hairdressers for over 4 years due to a bad experience. My hair was dull ,thick very brittle and had no style at all however after just over an hour and half I have left feeling like a new woman, my hair is level , styled and feels great .My family said I looked amazing which has given me a boost in confidence. I have now booked to have the 6 months treatment with Hope again and will keep going to her in the future .I cannot recommend her enough.

I had my hair done today by Hope, what a lovely lady she is and what a great job she’s done on my hair. I’ve been looking for a new hairdresser for a while and she made me so at ease, so friendly and easy to talk to. The haircut she’s done on my hair is just what I wanted and more! She’s took all the weight out and cut exactly how much I wanted off. What a great girl and hairdresser. Lovely atmosphere in this salon too. Overall great experience, I’ll be back! X

I have been to many hairdressers in my time, but its safe to say ive found the one i will stay with. Donna is great with me as i never know what i want and i have never left not happy. As soon as I walked in I could tell it was a friendly atmosphere and was made to feel welcome. Hope was especially great because I’d not had my hair cut for a while and she listened and cut my hair how I wanted it, she was so nice to talk to and made me feel like a million dollars walking out. I will definitely be coming back to this salon in another 3 months, Hope is now my new hairdresser:)

Every member of the team at the Halo rooms are lovely and welcoming. Hope did my hair today and i absolutely love it. Its even better than how I imagined it. Shes very friendly and down to earth. The salon has good reasonable prices aswell. Great place to go, would 100% recommend. Wish i had a before pic, you should see the difference 🤩

I booked in after being 4 months postpartum. Feeling sad at the hair loss and just not very good about myself. Bruce was lovely :) showed him what I wanted. He told me what was doable what wasn't. And then worked his magic :) I suffer with bad anxiety after so many hairdressers have botched my cut but oh my days :) has to be the best cut I've ever had! And the colour I wanted we got very close! It's a lovely little salon and Bruce is truly amazing at his job. Well what can I say bloody amazing I had my hair done by a mobile hairdresser paid over 200 pound for them to leave my hair a mess I came to Jodie and Beckie who fixed my hair without a problem I mean it was a miracle. I won't be ever going to a different salon again amazing customer service both are so friendly and welcoming and give you the best advice for hair care THANK YOU GIRLS FOR MAKING ME LOVE MY HAIR AGAIN !!!! Visited with my son whilst walking past to see if they had any availability to give him a cut. All the staff were polite and managed to squeeze him in. The atmosphere was calm, my son was nervous but all three ladies made him feel at ease and listened to exactly what it was he wanted, even checking in with him during the hair cut. My son was so impressed he took lots of cards to advertise for them and said it’s now his only hairdressers. Whilst there my daughter also decided she would like her hair cutting. Again the most brilliant service, my girl has the most beautiful curls and I was worried they was going to disappear once having her hair cut, but the lady knew exactly what she was doing and now my daughter had the bounciest curls ever again and her hair is back to its healthy condition. Thank you ladies for such a lovely experience, we will be back soon when the children are due another hair cut - thanks again

I started to go here for hot Stone massages but today I discovered Indian head massages and sinus facials to say I feel fantastic is an understatement. I cant wait to go back and would highly recommend for beauty treatments from a pedicure to laser hair removal.
