I am always delighted with my hair after my visit to this salon. I have been a regular for many years. The staff are friendly and professional making my visit a pleasure. Darryl’s cutting skills are really good especially as my hair is thick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I think that was my third time at this place and it was awesome like always. Jack the barber was amazing, great to chat with and very professional, atmosphere was very chilled out. Would recommend to anyone. It's a great place.

Best hairdressers ever! All staff are so happy, friendly and professional. Love how welcome they make me and my mum feel every time we go. I have been coming to Saks for over 20 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.  Its always a fun experience as the team make me laugh and feel welcome, they have even bought me lunch before now too. They are also happy to let me be, on the days i maybe don't feel as outgoing. I have always coloured my hair in some way and like to try different cuts or styles for nights out and i think it has been very very rare that i haven't liked what they do. Sometimes they even tell me what I am having 😉 totally trust the team,thanks Dina & Kerry for your sterling work. Now they even do my little girls hair (2 yrs old) and she is made to feel very welcome and enjoys it too.

Visited today for my first appointment with Pete for a cut and blow and I’ve booked to return. Pete is a highly experienced stylist, took time to consult, then got to work. From visiting with dreadful hair, I now have a beautiful style for my 18th birthday holiday and feel elegant. Had fun with Pete’s sense of humour too. Highly recommend Pete at Saks Ashton. Thanks Pete, see you at Xmas for my appointment.

I started to go here for hot Stone massages but today I discovered Indian head massages and sinus facials to say I feel fantastic is an understatement. I cant wait to go back and would highly recommend for beauty treatments from a pedicure to laser hair removal.

It’s the only place to get your hair cut. Mooresy is a bloody legend and is the stylist of the year. If you want a story ask him what he did 1990- 95 honestly it’s a great haircut but the customer service knocks it out of the park. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Myself and my daughter came for a haircut this morning and after requesting "mermaid hair" that's exactly what she got! Got her chosen stylist and everyone was friendly and professional would definitely recommend. We then returned a short while later for my daughter to get her ears pierced. They talked her through every step and reassured her throughout.

Visited with my son whilst walking past to see if they had any availability to give him a cut. All the staff were polite and managed to squeeze him in. The atmosphere was calm, my son was nervous but all three ladies made him feel at ease and listened to exactly what it was he wanted, even checking in with him during the hair cut. My son was so impressed he took lots of cards to advertise for them and said it’s now his only hairdressers. Whilst there my daughter also decided she would like her hair cutting. Again the most brilliant service, my girl has the most beautiful curls and I was worried they was going to disappear once having her hair cut, but the lady knew exactly what she was doing and now my daughter had the bounciest curls ever again and her hair is back to its healthy condition. Thank you ladies for such a lovely experience, we will be back soon when the children are due another hair cut - thanks again

Booked in for lashes with Nikki. Felt so welcomed from entering the salon and so comfortable throughout the procedure! The salon is very inviting and such a lovely feel to it. My experience was 5* all the way and Nikki made me feel at ease. Also while I was there I mentioned I was wanting Botox and Nikki offered to do this for me at a discounted price so I went ahead and got extra Botox. Nikki was so professional and easy to trust!
