I asked Ian to get rid of a wasp nest in my roof, his quote was a lot cheaper than my previous, he was able to get to me the following day and arrived promptly when he said he would. He adequately investigated the issue, checked my attic (I was too scared), explained everything he was doing and why, and was very friendly and professional. Thank you Ian I'm now waspless!

I called Ian as soon as we realised we had a wasps nest in our soffits. I found him on internet and liked he was a small family company. He answered and offered to come that afternoon. Less than an hour later he was here up a ladder resolving the problem. All now appears sorted. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. Cannot praise this service enough. Realised late Thursday evening that we had a wasps nest on our roof. Contacted these guys and they came out next day to sort it. Service was quick and very reasonably priced. We can now sleep easy knowing that the wasps are gone!
