Great service from Paddy and the team. I phoned them on the Friday with concerns of a pest problem in our loft and they arrived the next day. Paddy confirmed the issue and placed down the necessary treatment. Within 3 weeks the problem was fixed! Excellent service, great communication and rest assured they turn up in a discreet vehicle so your neighbours don’t know you’ve got a pest problem. I would highly recommend if you have a pest problem.

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

The team from C2C came to fit my solar panel protection to stop birds nesting on the roof. They arrived and got to work straight away. The job they performed was neat and tidy and had minimal impact for me. I can thoroughly recommend their services. No scaffolding also meant the price was kept to a reasonable amount.

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. Really good and professional service! I called them yesterday for silverfish and rats problem, they gave me a free detailed phone consultation and they arranged a next day service! Very reasonable price while another company was quoting more than three times of their price. Arrived on time, answered all my questions as I was really worried that the pest control will harm my dog. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know for any pest control.

Pest First have a lot of experience and have amazing customer service. Ahmed was proactive when coming into my home to really get to the root causes of the pest issue we had. He was also an excellent communicator to ensure he came at a suitable time and kept in touch in between visits to know about progress. Happy to say we have got on top of the problem! We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.
