Great service. I found a very large wasps nest in my loft space and called Atlas. As I’d called very late in the day they promised to attend the following day which they did with a telephone call update to give me the precise time they would arrive. Very efficient father and son team both real gents. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very competitive price which was less than the quotes from two other firms I’d enquired with. Recommended.

We had the Atlas team clean out an entire vacant residential block in the middle of town after a window was left open and a flock of pigeons moved in ! You can guess the state of the place ! 😱 Jacob, Phil and the team came in and did a fantastic job of clearing it all, ripping out the carpets and underlay, then giving it a thorough clean ready for refurbishment. They all did a top job ! Great firm, easy to work with, and very professional. I can thoroughly recommend Atlas Environmental Services 👍🏼

Steve Ivell came and sorted out the pigeons who had nested under our solar panels. Steve is a mine of USEFUL information about pigeons, bugs, vermins ... and ... Solar Panels! He did a great job and I thoroughly recommend him.

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.

I had an issue I needed a professional to deal with and Mark was really prompt with his response, very knowledgeable and really helpful. Brilliant company! Avoid any big chains and use local companies (like Guardian). Used these guys twice for potential bed bugs - where none were found and we just paid a small call out charge and to remove a bees nest where they came same day and sorted the problem - again really cheaply! Great guys who really care and just made the whole stressful situation much more pleasant! If you are around Warrington, this is the best company around (I've looked). I've used bigger companies too which don't show up and charge significantly more for less.

Found wasps behind our wooden cladding on a Sunday. Messaged Andy and received a response very quickly. Arranged for him to come and deal with them the very next day whilst I was at work. I was worried about him damaging the new cladding but he took care and did it using extension poles rather than ladders to avoid damage. Price was less than Wigan council. When I arrived home from work they were totally gone and no sign of them has been seen since. Couldn't be any more perfect.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Andy has been helping me with a rat issue in my buy to let property and he has been so helpful. Possible rat ingress to loft........ Steve arrived exactly on time and proceeded to survey the property, inside and out. He gave masses of useful advice which was appreciated. After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe.
