We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Can’t thank Kane enough, came the same day after we realised we had a wasp nest in our roof. We could hear it through our bathroom ceiling. An hour later all the noise gone and no sign of the wasps going back into the nest. Brilliant Kane, thank you, will definitely recommend to anyone.

Thank you Kane for helping us! I would highly recommend using Wallace pest control. Kane visited and got rid of our pest problem really quickly. He also gave lots of great advice and very knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. We had tried everything to eradicate our pest problem and nothing worked until we used Wallace pest control. I just wish we had used them sooner. We are now pest free and have been told to give them a call if we do see any more pests and they would be happy to offer more advice. Also Kane uses a van without signage so can be very discreet if needed.

We contacted Kane after reading some outstanding reviews on Google. We contacted him on a Sunday and he replied Monday morning and came out to access the problem quickly regarding rats. He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail that he would do from start to finish. He set the cameras up to see where the problem was coming from, he managed to identify the problem very quickly. Kane was very knowledgable and experienced throughout the full process. We had fleas brought in by our cat, and I can’t emphasise enough how grateful we are to Wallace Pest Control. In our opinion ‘5 stars’ isn’t enough! We were relatively in the dark as to what assistance/service was available and had been trying to deal with the situation ourselves with OTC treatments. I won’t deny that it had all got a bit much for me and my stress levels were through the roof, but after reading a couple of reviews online I decided to give Wallace Pest Control a call. I immediately felt reassured and in safe hands, being shown patience and understanding as I was talked through the service offered and what we could expect. My stress levels started to fall away, safe in the knowledge that there was a solution to the situation we found ourselves in. I know that may sound dramatic, but I honestly can’t thank them enough. Kane came out and applied spray and fumigation 2 weeks ago - and so far so good. I’m still very ‘on edge’ and constantly looking for our ‘lodgers’ but as the days pass, without a trace, I’m starting to feel less anxious and (dare I say) tentatively positive that we must now have things under control. Kane told us he’d check in with us to see how things are and I’m hoping I have good news for him. Thanks for all your help so far Kane!

Paul & Dave have been absolutely incredible all the way through. Super professional, compassionate, passionate about their work, always took the time to explain next steps and to assist in any way they could. The most pleasant experience imaginable in what is a very stressful situation.

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted. Brilliant service and really lovely to deal with.

Excellent service from Deane! Came when he said he would, very competent, tidy and respectful of people and property. 3 visits for rat problem in loft and you pay on completion of the work. Highly recommend.

John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Deane enough! We had an issue with rats and Deane came regularly until the problem was solved. He was extremely polite, respectful when entering the house and was very knowledgeable, putting my mind at rest. A fantastic job at an excellent price. I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John assessed and sorted the problem nest for us within minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable price - would absolutely use Your Pest Assassin again!

We called Aardvark Pest Control as others on here and rated them highly. Ed came and was very punctual and knowledgeable about the potential signs of a wasp nest in the area. Unfortunately it was a wasted journey for pest control as there wasn't enough evidence of an active nest to treat but kindly there was no call out charge for the visit. My rating reflects the professionalism of Aardvark pest control and is a thank you for the knowledge I have received from their visit.

We have used Aardvark Pest Control a couple of times now. He identified and sorted 2 wasps nests for us at our previous home and has since been to help with what we thought was something sinister in our loft but Ed quickly identified it was a bird and gave us advice on how to stop them from keep entering the loft space. Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Wonderful service from start to finish from Harvey's environmental! I have been super impressed with their communication from when I called their office to require their services to communicating with Craig on a weekly basis. Craig was prompt, polite, professional and gave me peace of mind throughout my small rodent treatment in my home. He helped me solve where the field mouse was entering my property, and luckily eradicated the problem during the second treatment. Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

I can’t recommend PES pest control enough! Alistair was professional, thorough, and truly a lifesaver. We were struggling with a persistent flea problem in our apartment, but thanks to his expertise, the issue was completely resolved. At first it seemed like the treatment didn’t work, but after the second treatment- no more problems! Even after we moved out, the new tenants mentioned they haven’t had any problems, which speaks volumes about the quality of Alistair’s work. I have to mention that we got three more visits from another company before we called PES pest control, that resulted with one year on and off battle against the fleas, that’s why you shouldn’t mess with other companies in this situation. Alistair responded to our phone enquiry even though he was on holiday. Arranged to deal with our problem and arrived exactly as promised. Job was fully explained to us and carried out without any dramas. He returned a couple of days later to check all was well and only then did he ask for payment. Perfect customer service. PES Pest Control: Bee Removal Done Right I was really happy with Alistair from PES Pest Control's ethical bee removal service. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly considerate of the bees. I had a large honeybee hive in my attic bedroom wall, and I was worried about how to remove it without harming the bees. PES came in and handled the situation with the utmost care. They relocated the hive to a safe location, ensuring the bees could continue their important work. I was impressed by their knowledge and expertise. They explained the entire process clearly and answered all my questions. Their commitment to ethical bee removal was evident in their work.
