Very impressed. Called Luke on a Sunday to deal with a wasp nest at my mum's house, he arrived within the hour and dealt with it immediately in an efficient, friendly manner. Highly recommend, I'll certainly be using Luke again!

Luke is an absolute gent. Not only is he professional but he is caring and has that human touch. Our case was quite a complicated one but Luke was always there for us throughout the process. Very responsive, 5 stars!!! Excellent customer service provided by a genuinely nice person. Nothing is too much trouble for Luke. He is professional, passionate and honest. Luke has been to our property several times for various reasons and we would never use anyone else. I called Luke and he came over quite quickly. He is really friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the what he was doing. He has made a number of visits to make sure the problem has been dealt with and if I have contacted him outside of visits he has returned my calls/messages straightway. I would highly recommend him, focuses highly on his clients and service.

PES Pest Control: Bee Removal Done Right I was really happy with Alistair from PES Pest Control's ethical bee removal service. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly considerate of the bees. I had a large honeybee hive in my attic bedroom wall, and I was worried about how to remove it without harming the bees. PES came in and handled the situation with the utmost care. They relocated the hive to a safe location, ensuring the bees could continue their important work. I was impressed by their knowledge and expertise. They explained the entire process clearly and answered all my questions. Their commitment to ethical bee removal was evident in their work. I would highly recommend PES Pest Control to anyone in need of bee removal services. *Photo included of the wall where the neat cutout happened, it's a nice easy job for me to plaster over :)

Fantastic job from Alistair! Alistair responded to our phone call even though he was on holiday and came out the day he returned from holiday (weekend). He made us feel at ease and did an amazing job and solved the problem. Can't recommend PES pest control enough! Very reasonable price too which is a bonus!

Alistair responded to our phone enquiry even though he was on holiday. Arranged to deal with our problem and arrived exactly as promised. Job was fully explained to us and carried out without any dramas. He returned a couple of days later to check all was well and only then did he ask for payment. Perfect customer service. Old fashioned values are rare nowadays.

Neil and Peter are both fantastic! Having worked with Harvey's for some time now, the service is fantastic, they will bend over backwards to support you and will always go the extra mile. Wonderful service from start to finish from Harvey's environmental! I have been super impressed with their communication from when I called their office to require their services to communicating with Craig on a weekly basis. Craig was prompt, polite, professional and gave me peace of mind throughout my small rodent treatment in my home. He helped me solve where the field mouse was entering my property, and luckily eradicated the problem during the second treatment. All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. Me and my partner kelly would like to thank you for the good work you have done and are doing for us, and we hope people take note of this review and use your company. The team from C2C came to fit my solar panel protection to stop birds nesting on the roof. They arrived and got to work straight away. The job they performed was neat and tidy and had minimal impact for me. I can thoroughly recommend their services. No scaffolding also meant the price was kept to a reasonable amount.

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted. Brilliant service and really lovely to deal with.
