I have used ABH for the past 5 years who always delivered a great job at keeping my very tired boiler ticking on through winter. When it was time to upgrade my entire system I was always going to use ABH. Throughout the whole install and upgrade they were very professional, turned up exactly when they said they would and left the job very neat. They encountered many issues during the install but nothing was to much trouble with my wishes always at the forefront of their decisions, The quote was very reasonable and took time to return afterwards to ensure everything was well on our part. I made the right choice in going with Anees and the team, would definitely recommend

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I bought a washing machine and had a bit of a disaster trying to install it all myself. Within three hours of calling Kirkby, I have a working washer and some new fitment under the sink, all at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend, thank you 🙏🙏

Had a tap hose burst under bathroom sink, called Lee told him we had been without water all nite (happened late the nite before) he arrived in under an hour, had the hoses on both taps out & replaced in less than 60 minutes and really reasonable price. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a great plumber. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

I was previously with a different boiler company and had nothing but problems, I messaged Chris 9am and by 7pm he was at mine checking the issues I had, explained to me what was wrong and sent us an estimate to get it all fixed, we booked him the following day and he arrived back a matter of days later where he sorted out our issue and completed our service that needed doing! We can't thank him enough, after a long 4 years with our previous company we are so glad to have moved and found Chris and this company, we most certainly will be recommending others to us MCR Gas!

Matthew is highly skilled, professional, and goes out of his way to help. Matthew replaced our boiler in November, after it completely broke down on us! He worked quickly, efficiently and tidily, which is really important as we work from home. An excellent job. He also popped back to replace the kitchen tap at short notice, just before Christmas. We've just had a new Ideal Max Vogue fitted by Matt and improved pipe work from the meter. As others have said Matt visited promptly when we inquired about probably needing a new boiler and took his time to assess properly if a new boiler was needed, no hard sell at all. Quote very competitive. Matt clearly takes careful pride in his work - pipe work soo much better than what was done previously. Would recommend.
