Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

Outstanding Gas Boiler Installation Service I recently had a new gas boiler installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The installation itself was carried out efficiently, by Josh and Stefan with great attention to detail. They left my home spotless, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. I was previously with a different boiler company and had nothing but problems, I messaged Chris 9am and by 7pm he was at mine checking the issues I had, explained to me what was wrong and sent us an estimate to get it all fixed, we booked him the following day and he arrived back a matter of days later where he sorted out our issue and completed our service that needed doing! We can't thank him enough, after a long 4 years with our previous company we are so glad to have moved and found Chris and this company, we most certainly will be recommending others to us MCR Gas!

MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

Have to say these guys are superb, rang on Sunday as bit of an emergency, said you can have someone the same day but its a bit more so if you can wait to Monday will save me some cash....love the honesty.
