Just had a boiler replacement to a new one. Great service very professional. Dylan and Jack the engineers who did the job where polite hardworking and tidy. Louise who we dealt with in the office dealing with the service plan and payment is just as pleasant.

Last week Billy came to service our boiler and open fire. He was polite and professional. He also explained to me what he had done. He cleaned the open fire well after servicing it. We had used HEH for years and they always quick to respond. Communication, services and standard are always excellent. Pricing is always reasonable. I will definately recommend them.

We have used HEH for our boiler service for a number of years and have always been pleased with their service, communication and pricing. When our boiler finally gave up earlier this year, we contacted HEH and they came out that day, and then scheduled in fitting a new boiler and radiators quickly and at a good price. The work has now been completed and we are really happy. The team arrived on time, were polite and professional, and tidied up after themselves. The office team are always helpful and polite on the phone, and I'd be more than happy to recommend the company.

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. They have left my property warm clean and ready for the next 7 years (at least) of trouble free heating. Highly recommended 10/10

Rob at Peak Plumbing went out of his way to help us over the phone first thing this morning when we had a plumbing emergency and then came to our house only an hour later. He checked the situation, gave us great advice then came back again later on with all the tools he needed to get the job done. Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. I recently had a plumbing issue with a leak coming through my kitchen light fitting in my property. Louis from Total Care Gas Heating Plumbing LTD expertly traced the source of the leak to the fitting under the floorboards beneath the bath. He efficiently replaced the necessary fittings and pipework to resolve the issue. Additionally, Louis identified and replaced the faulty rubber seal on the mixer bar shower, which was causing water to track behind the bath. He also mechanically unblocked the bathroom waste pipe, ensuring everything was functioning perfectly. Louis demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills and thoroughness throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise were evident in the quality of his work. Update: E&S plumbing has done it again. Going above and beyond. I contacted them this morning stating I had an error code on my boiler. (Coldest night for a while -6 degrees). Turns out the condenser down pipe was frozen. Eddie visited us within the hour and unblocked the pipe. At no charge. Super fast response. Friendly as always. I would award 10 stars if I could. Previous: E&S Plumbing do a top notch job. They replaced our outdated combi boiler with a new more efficient model more suited to our needs. They are professional, prompt and friendly. They persevered with our difficult job and came out on top. Cleaned up and organised for removal of the old scrap boiler. Talked us through how to use it and left us with a smile on our faces.
