Simon and Ben fixed our underfloor heating system today. We had contacted 4 previous heating engineers and they responded, were polite and fixed a long term problem promptly. We had almost given up and cannot thank Simon enough for a brilliant service!

We had a very bad experience in relation to replacing our bathroom. The builder that we hired at that time had done a very cheap and messy job and because of him we have to suffer through with a leak in our bathroom that spread to the neighbours house. Thankfully Hanna heating, specifically “Paul” and “Will” they have done an excellent repair job in our home. I’m so happy with their outstanding service and specifically the work they’ve done. Paul has done amazing. We've not had proper hot water and no heating for years. We've gone from a combi to a heated water tank which is better for us. And moved the system into the loft. You wouldn't even know they have been. Very clean and tidy. Great communication and help with the thermostat also. Thanks paul. Would recommend 1000% all the way.

February 2025 Paul and Will have just installed a new bathroom for me and as expected, they've done an excellent job (photos below). Great project management from Paul and nothing was too much trouble. The end result looks superb - almost too good to use!!!! It's a bonus that Paul and Will are an absolute pleasure to have in your house, which counts for a lot when you've a job that extends over a few days. November 2024 Paul has just fitted a new combi boiler, 5 radiators and a Hive thermostat and I couldn't be more impressed. When he came out to quote on the job Paul listened to what I wanted and explained the different options, without pressurising me at all. His quote was also very competitive. Knowing that I wanted the job done as soon as possible, Paul moved a few jobs round to fit me in within a couple of weeks and ended up giving up his weekend to do the job. Most importantly, Paul and Will carried out the work to a very high standard, leaving me with a toasty house! Communication was excellent throughout and from the outset Paul kept me informed of how things were progressing and he always turned up when he said he would. Once the boiler was fitted, he took time to make sure I understood how everything worked and explained the aftercare package. It's great to find such a reliable, friendly and trustworthy local trader.... I've already booked Paul to refit my bathroom in the new year.

Paul was great. Came out on a very wet New Years eve and sorted an issue with our under floor heating so we got heating and hot water back. Very friendly, efficient and professional, would definitely recommend!

Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. First had Johnny last year to service my boiler, he also serviced my gas fire, he is very good, he told me about my roof when he checked my chimney and he was right, he has also fixed my toilet, and my shower, and then I had a fault with my boiler and he fixed that to. He is polite and friendly and doesn't leave a mess, and his costs are reasonable, so if you need a plumber who knows what he's doing give him a call.

Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

Rob at Peak Plumbing went out of his way to help us over the phone first thing this morning when we had a plumbing emergency and then came to our house only an hour later. He checked the situation, gave us great advice then came back again later on with all the tools he needed to get the job done. Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. They have left my property warm clean and ready for the next 7 years (at least) of trouble free heating. Highly recommended 10/10

The guys from Peak came to my rescue today and fitted my cooker, very knowledgeable and professional . the guys came to fix someone else`s cowboy work and found the cause of the problem fast and put it right. I had new washing machine delivered but was unable to be installed as pipework connection needed to be upgraded. I contacted Gavin who arrived within 24 hours.He fitted a new part and took the time to install the machine and test it worked ok.He also successfully resolved a minor issue with dripping kitchen tap. Excellent communications and he came across as helpful, polite and friendly.

I found Simon on Checkatrade following a fault on my old boiler. Simon came promptly and arrived when he said he would, through no fault of his own was unable to locate the fault (very old boiler). He was very informative as to what the issues could be and what the costs would be to carry out works to find the fault through a process of elimination. We also discussed the benefits of a new boiler. Without any pressure being applied we decided to opt for a new boiler. Simon gave us several options and left it with us to decide, which we did. Simon came back within two weeks and fit the new boiler with minimum disruption. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone. Excellent knowledge, communications, arrived when he said he would and was a pleasure to deal with.
