I found and contacted Neil less than a week ago and he arranged a fitting for my new Hive heating box. He came on time and fitted the machine in less than 40 minutes , he was lovely nice to talk to and did a great job! He will now be my permanent plumber :) thanks again Neil really happy.

Neil has been a true life saver today, we rang this morning, and he came early afternoon, and diagnosed the problem, went and bought the parts, and had sorted it within 2 hours, thinking that we would have no heating or hot water over Christmas, we are so,so grateful that Neil came out at such short notice and got it all going again. Neil was absolutely a life saver. He came the same day we called out looked at the issue and fixed it then and there. He was very polite, friendly and talked us through everything. Thankfully he was also extremely well prepared and had the part he needed so was able to leave us with a working boiler. I was also relieved that the pricing was fair. Overall excellent. I will definitely be saving his number for future use and highly recommend his services.

Neil provided a friendly and prompt service. My boiler pressure kept dropping and I asked to have a Hive heating system installed also. Both were fixed/installed with no problem. I will be asking Neil for help on any future boiler problems I may have. Thank you Neil.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

I had an amazing experience with Green Vision. Lewis, the engineer, was fantastic. When I had my boiler serviced, Lewis made the whole process a breeze. Not only did they fix the boiler, but they also installed a wireless heating controller. Lewis showed me how to use the new controller and even set it up to my preferences. The job was left spotless, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely recommend Green Vision to my friends and family.

We'd definitely recommend Lewis. We needed a new boiler and some work done to the existing radiators - he came and spent time with us discussing what options would work best for us - no pressure, and in fact he suggested more economical ways of doing things. The quote was very fair, he came when he said he would, left our flat immaculate (you really wouldn't have known they'd been) and made sure we knew how to work everything. Excellent service all round - thank you!

Billy was very professional, courteous but more importantly very prompt. Phoned him up yesterday late afternoon whilst he was on a boiler install, told him about the issue, landed at my door the following morning (now that’s 5 star service in my eyes, especially this time of the year when business is booming due to boiler breakdowns, but nevertheless he came the following morning) solved the issue within the hour and heating was back on. My grandparents had an issue with their electric boiler. Rang BMA and a very nice engineer turned up called Billy. He diagnosed the pump fault quickly and told my grandparents he would ring the following day with a quote. He came the following day and fixed the fault. He was very polite, efficient, honest and wanted to fix the fault. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. Many thanks from Kath and Alan from Moorside.

Update: E&S plumbing has done it again. Going above and beyond. I contacted them this morning stating I had an error code on my boiler. (Coldest night for a while -6 degrees). Turns out the condenser down pipe was frozen. Eddie visited us within the hour and unblocked the pipe. At no charge. Super fast response. Friendly as always. I would award 10 stars if I could. Previous: E&S Plumbing do a top notch job. They replaced our outdated combi boiler with a new more efficient model more suited to our needs. They are professional, prompt and friendly. They persevered with our difficult job and came out on top. Cleaned up and organised for removal of the old scrap boiler. Talked us through how to use it and left us with a smile on our faces. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great job lads, thanks.
