I had a number or radiators relocated and additional radiators installed. Matt was a very knowledgable and professional individual, it was nice to see a trade person actually bring a hover and clean up after themselves. Will be definitely using him for annual boiler service.

I don’t make a habit of leaving reviews for goods and services received, unless of course the experience was outstanding. Furse choice plumbing beat my other quotes hands down. Also, surprisingly, they could undertake the works I required within the coming week. On the day, a very professional looking gent arrived at my house bright and early and proceeded to discuss the work to be done, made valid suggestions and talked me through what would happen in my house over the next 2 days. This pleased me immensely, rather than just arriving and cracking on leaving us guessing time frames etc. This was important to me as my partner and I could plan meal times, showers etc. The work consisted of a replacement boiler, wireless thermostat, fitment of a tall (and very heavy) radiator, and the relocation of two radiators to elsewhere in the house. The work was carried out swiftly with minimum disruption, all work areas and walkways were protected and kept clean. As the job drew to an end everything including paperwork was explained and highlighted. I received an e-mail the next morning with all guarantee and service obligations attached. Overall it was the best interaction with a tradesperson I have had in many years. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. The chap who carried out my works was named Matthew, he was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently with top levels of cleanliness which was important for me. Give this small business a try, You won’t regret it.

Matt is extremely skilled & professional in his work. He started work exactly when he said, worked hard, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Our job was minor compared with most of his work, but we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, & will definitely ask him back for further work when we need it. What a nice man !

We would highly recommend Pete. We have used him for a handful of plumbing emergencies the last couple of years and he's always been super quick to respond and resolve our issues (and reasonably priced too!) One of our issues was with an upstairs loo which was leaking and also making a dreasful "foghorn" noise when it flushed which he solved the same day and the other bathroom also had a leak and an old antique toilet with a wooden cistern that other plumbers were too afraid to go near. Not only did Pete fix this for us, but through a labour of love, he took it away, releaded it for us and sanded it / brought it back to life and it now looks beautiful back in the bathroom. Pete is a friendly, professional plumber and we wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. If you have an issue, you need someone there ASAP to fix it and want the job to be done right, first time. Then Pete is your man. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Phoned Pete pm and arranged for am appt next day. Pete arrived on time, fitted a new part and gave info on the problem. Problem of water continually running into toilet bowl from cistern solved. Will use again as Pete was a pleasant plumber.

Brilliant service from FLO Drainage. We called Keith on Monday morning about a blocked drain, and he was able to come out later that same day. He unblocked the drain quickly, carried out a CCTV survey, and helped put our minds at rest. Highly recommend Keith and FLO Drainage.

I phoned Flo Drainage on Thursday night, Keith arrived Friday morning at 8:30. Worked through 3 manholes to clear the blockage. Unblocked in less than 2 hours, then when it was all cleared sent the camera down to check all the pipes. Cleaned the whole area up . First class tradesman and also a really nice lad. Would have no hesitation recommending him , that’s why I gave him 5 stars.

Wow, what can I say about Jim?! Fantastic person and superb workman. He's such a pleasure to have in your house. He became more like family! He was always keeping in touch before the job started and was happy to advise with materials etc. He kept us informed throughout, whatever work he did - every step of the way, he showed us and explained to us what he'd done. Jim is a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in his work. We had a full new bathroom fitted (completely different to our old one) and was so pleased that we chose Jim to do it, we couldn't of asked for a better job. Couldn't recommend Jim any more, best workman ever! Gets back to you (doesn't ignore you like some workmen) and is very punctual. Thanks Jim! First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. First had Johnny last year to service my boiler, he also serviced my gas fire, he is very good, he told me about my roof when he checked my chimney and he was right, he has also fixed my toilet, and my shower, and then I had a fault with my boiler and he fixed that to. He is polite and friendly and doesn't leave a mess, and his costs are reasonable, so if you need a plumber who knows what he's doing give him a call.

Update: E&S plumbing has done it again. Going above and beyond. I contacted them this morning stating I had an error code on my boiler. (Coldest night for a while -6 degrees). Turns out the condenser down pipe was frozen. Eddie visited us within the hour and unblocked the pipe. At no charge. Super fast response. Friendly as always. I would award 10 stars if I could. Previous: E&S Plumbing do a top notch job. They replaced our outdated combi boiler with a new more efficient model more suited to our needs. They are professional, prompt and friendly. They persevered with our difficult job and came out on top. Cleaned up and organised for removal of the old scrap boiler. Talked us through how to use it and left us with a smile on our faces. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great job lads, thanks.
