Recently had some roof repairs completed by this company. I agree with the rest of the of these reviews. The jobs were carried out and completed sooner than expected, they were polite and respectful, answered any questions I had with regard to the work, paperwork was completed and sent promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company.

I had been recommended to try this company for replacing gutters, soffets and facias. James visited my property to assess the work involved, quoted the price which was followed up by a written quote explaining all the work involved. Once I had decided to go ahead with them they were efficient in getting scaffolding up and the following day work began. The team of guys worked hard through the day and completed almost the whole job, they returned the following morning to finish off and complete the job to my satisfaction. It was also inspected by the team with me to ensure standards had been achieved. I am happy to recommend this company, and I'll have them back on a later date for some other jobs I want done

Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Lads on site did a good job and were friendly and polite. They tidied up after themselves and just got on with the job. We are happy with the work and the service.

I had a flat roof replaced recently by ACT Fast. It has been peeing it down since I had the work done, and there are no leaks. Excellent. Thomas showed up, exactly when he said he would, to give an estimate. They also showed up, on the day they said they would, to replace the roof. Steve, who did the job, knew exactly what he was doing and loves his job. They cleared all the mess away. Thanks guys

After being scammed by a rogue roofer in the past, I was extremely wary when looking for someone to sort a leak. However, Thomas completely alleviated my concerns. Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. 1st Class Company, I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. From start to finish Lucy put my mind at rest & made the whole job that I was very worried about having done stress free. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times. The main slate section was completed by Danny & Dale who are very professional and skilled at what they do & a pleasure to have around too. I genuinely cannot thank or recommend everyone who was part of our job from Lovatts enough. Absolutely perfect and our bungalow is shining with its new hat. Thanks

Trustworthy, honest and fast. 3 words to describe. Lucy quickly responded to a quote for some potential damage and arranged an appointment for a few days time. A day earlier, Shaun rang and came early (fantastic), he then listened, inspected thoroughly and while the resulting issue required not further remedy, he was extremely kind and supportive. If I ever need anymore work, I'd easily contact them again.

Lovatts did and amazing job replacing our old roof and installing the new solar system can't fault them from start to finish Craig and Ryan were a pleasure to have working on the house on a daily basis clean tidy and polite workers Lovatts kept us informed and in the loop all the way the way through the instal would thoroughly recomend we had brandstone conservation flags fitted and they look great

From the start Matt was efficient and helpful. He attended when he said he would to assess my roofing problems. Within a few days he contacted me with a number of quotes for the various jobs I needed doing. He was more than happy to arrange the work around my shifts. He arrived to undertake the work on time and in horrible snowy freezing conditions. Matt and his team did an amazing job over two days, they completed the essential work I asked for plus a few extra jobs that I cheekily added on at the last minute. I will definitely be asking him to return to complete a number of other not so essential cosmetic roofing issues in the future. I highly recommend Matt and his team, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble, they definitely aim to please their customers. Their prices are also very fair, Contact them for a quote, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Great team.

Cannot recommend Matt enough. Turned up at short notice and soldiered through awful weather to ensure my damaged extension roof was water tight. Came when he said he would, did more than expected but didn’t charge more and tidied up too. Great job by a great company.

Contacted AMT Roofing & Maintenance regarding a job I needed doing, and doing at relatively short notice, and Matt was very understanding of the situation and accommodated my request and attended my house in only a few days. Quality of the work is excellent, professional and courteous workers, left the site very clean and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Matt, Anthony and the team at AMT roofing highly enough. We've just had a full new main roof, porch and bay roof installed. From initial contact Matt immediately puts you at ease & makes you feel like you are in the right hands. Been a total pleasure having Ryan and his team 're-roofing our extension. From the initial contact by phone, to Ryan calling round (right when he said he would) to give us a quote there has pressure but a lot of information about what they were doing from day to day. He showed videos and stills at " each stage of the work to ensure we were happy with their work as it progressed. Ryan's team worked very hard each day and were a pleasure to deal with. Had KH Roofing in last year to patch the roof, and was pleased with their work so had no hesitation in calling them again for a full re-roof. They gave a very reasonable quote and started work within 2/3 weeks. Great bunch of lads, considerate and hard-working, they'd finished the job in under 3 days and sent me photos of the completed work. Have already recommended to others.

Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

Great experience. Had leaks in the roof in 2 places, had a couple of companies round quoting expensive prices without even getting up to look. Lee turned up when he said he would, got up on the roof took video to show me the issues, quoted a fair price. He carried out the repair, and took video to show me what he had done and the finished result. Can't fault him, would definitely recommend.

Lee was great. He had to come in and fix a bodge job after a cowboy builder did a bad job and created a mess which meant he broke more than he fixed. I would definitely recommend, professional and on point!

I recently used Lavelle Roofing to repair damage to my leaking dormer roof. Marc came out to assess what needed to be done,and gave me the price for the work,all in a timely manner. The work was then completed in an acceptable time frame considering the awful weather we had,and I can now sleep again. We reached out to James at Moston Roofing following some leaks on our valleys due to a poor quality new roof by the previous owners. From previous experience with roofing work, I wanted a proper job, so looked for companies registered with the confederation of roofing contractors, and came across Moston Roofing. James popped round and explained a few approaches, trying to minimise costs for us while doing a proper job in unpredictable autumn weather. We had a couple of other quotes and Moston came out competitively priced, and James clearly knew his stuff. I read the reviews on Which, Checkatrade etc and my only concern was that all the 5* ratings seemed too good to be true! However... Moston absolutely delivered on the job, managing to fit us in 2 weeks earlier due to a cancellation and our pressing needs to fix the leaks. They worked in a tidy manner and replaced the lead valleys promptly, and gave us a few options along the way. They also replaced our front guttering and downpipes, which was a bit complex due to the shape and roof height. James has popped back a couple of times to double check the mortar had set and gutters are draining, to ensure that they have done a job to last. He is a great communicator and very honest and easy to work with. I would use again without question... but would rather not have a 3rd roof to fix!
