Couldn't recommend Michael enough! Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Even gave me a free survey /quote which I found most other local roofers wouldn't do - I appreciated all his help and will definitely use him again in the future - thanks Michael!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Our roof was damaged in a storm and as soon as I contacted Michael he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The communication was absolutely brilliant and professional. Michael explained everything to me and reassured me. The job was completed so efficiently that I couldn't quite believe how quickly Michael came out to repair the roof. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

I was desperately in need of an actual roofer due to idiotic experiences in the past with cowboy roofers promising the world and then let me down with poor quality of work Manchester roofing contractors ltd came out prioritised my ridges and some damaged felt on my roof all I have to say is I’m really pleased with the repairs they done for me and genuinely couldn’t complain complain too quality for excellent value highly recommend to anyone cheers guys there’s no more drips 👍

Had KH Roofing in last year to patch the roof, and was pleased with their work so had no hesitation in calling them again for a full re-roof. They gave a very reasonable quote and started work within 2/3 weeks. i had 5 other roofers come out to my property who failed to find a leak on my roof. thomas from actfastroofing and hes team came out and found my issue in the matter of minutes with hes equipment some kind of colour dye to detect the leak. very glad to have found this firm highly recommend very fare in all ways. not pushy gave us the time that we needed to arrange every thing very personal him and hes team

I had a flat roof replaced recently by ACT Fast. It has been peeing it down since I had the work done, and there are no leaks. Excellent. Thomas showed up, exactly when he said he would, to give an estimate. They also showed up, on the day they said they would, to replace the roof. Lee was great. He had to come in and fix a bodge job after a cowboy builder did a bad job and created a mess which meant he broke more than he fixed. I would definitely recommend, professional and on point!

Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

Darren and his team came out and helped us on an emergency call at the crack of dawn and were with us within the hour when we really needed the help. They got on to our roof despite the heavy rain and fixed the issue without any hesitation and at a very reasonable price.
