I had a panic after finding a broken roof tile and put an ad up. An initial quote from another roofer grew rapidly into work done at a very high price. After a stressful experience there I managed to get a far better deal from LMP who did a fantastic job replacing the small kitchen extension roof at the rear of my end terrace property. This work was a similar (and better) standard to a neighbour with a similar tile roof replacement. They worked over a weekend and very quickly, tidying up too. Great job.

Lee was professional and friendly and after inspecting the damage on my flat roofs etc. He was able to give me an honest opinion of what was required. Any questions I raised were dealt with In detail and nothing was to much trouble. Lees Quote was reasonable . Lee and team arrive on time as agreed and carried out all the necessary stripping of old wood etc and replacing with new. Gutters and fascia also replaced edging and loose tiles and other bits. All replaced with new. Kept me up to date with progress. Cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend LMP roofing and would definitely use again. One happy customer. Had a leak in my kitchen after a recent storm. Lee came within 24 hours and did a deep inspection of the problem. Found the fault and also discovered missing tiles on the main roof. Quoted for the work there and then - all was fixed within days. Mega impressed that the team working on a Sunday as well. Not many people would offer such a service. Couldn't recommend more!

We had a leaking chimney causing damp in our daughters bedroom and concluded it needed taking down as it was never going to be used again. Lee was very professional and he and his colleague did a very nice job to take it below the roof line, cap it off nicely, batten and tile the roof space and fit new fascia and brick up the gable. Job was well organised with scaffolding and skip etc and all done over a weekend at a fair price for the work involved. Lee made sure I was happy with the work aswell once it was completed. Had KH Roofing in last year to patch the roof, and was pleased with their work so had no hesitation in calling them again for a full re-roof. They gave a very reasonable quote and started work within 2/3 weeks. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Gareth came and did a drone inspection on one of my properties which was over four stories high , it saved us loads on scaffold hire just to find the issues .
