Amazing service & great communication! We were getting ridiculous quotes for a leaky chimney & we were recommended Hornby roofing from a friend as a reliable and honest roofer! He identified the problem and despite being busy after the holiday season fitted us in and was done within 40 minutes, took before and after pics so I could see the work that was completed & tidied up after. Would use again as first in mind & would recommend to others!

Got 5 stars because i can't give more! I seen some loose flashing that had opened and was funnelling water in. Hornby roofing came to the rescue, told me it would require a proper permanent repair and they would be available in the new year. Gave me a quick temporary fix to get through the winter season, there and then he was on the roof and temp fixed the issue. 20 minutes he was done. I'm so impressed with his service I'll be renewing all the flashing next year, im that impressed I'm even considering using them to renew the roof as a whole job lot. Absolutely fantastic service! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I hired Darren to replace a glass conservatory roof with a tiled roof. Great experience from start to finish with him and his team. Have called several roofer before for the leaking roof, but no one helped to spot the source of leak. John and his team came and inspected the roof very detailedly. And concluded that the leak caused since the roof is too flat instead of any tile broken. They helped to install new rubber roof and job done in two days. No problem now and hope it could last as long as possible👍

Recently had a full re-roof done by John. Would highly recommend to anyone. From the initial messages regarding the work through to completion, John was straightforward and professional. John even sorted out the bay window roof and gutterings for an extra £200, a job which we knew needed doing but hadn’t actually asked John about (we should have done!), it would have cost £1000+ to have it done separately and so for John to see it and do it for £200 was really appreciated. Very happy with the new roof and again would highly recommend to anyone wanting any roofing work done.

Mike is so nice! I bought a house and was really worried about the roof Incase their was anything wrong with it and needed some plants removing from the chimney. Mike came and sorted it the day after I contacted him and checked the roof iver for me, he was quick , proffessional ans was so easy to speak to and explained what needed doing to my Roof and put my mind at ease, it's always daunting getting somthing done to your roof for the first as as a new home owner but Mike was so lovely. Mike is the best! He has sorted a couple of roof issues out for me, He always attends the job quickly, and ensures we know when he is coming. Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

I cannot thank John and his team enough. These lads had a mammoth task on their hands as this job required that John identified a number of problems caused by previous builders from out of town (cowboys in my opinion), strip the roof back to ensure that there were no fundamental issues or damage inflicted and then replace all existing work and current materials with the best new materials available. I discussed the situation with John before he began so he understood what was needed, and between us we decided on what work was to be completed. From the very first minute on the roof these boys went to town, getting the old mess completely removed and setting about laying top quality membrane, batons and tiles. To say they were well organised is a huge understatement. It was like having machines up there. By the end of day 1 I could already see the impact they'd had, with over 90% coverage already completed. Throughout the days they never faltered in their work commitment and John took me up several times to show me their progress as it happened. The end result is that my home now looks and feels like a new build, with absolutely all previous issues now a thing of the past. The pictures taken don't quite do his work justice, but all I can say is what a legend. I will recommend John and the lads to everyone I speak to, as I don't think his work can be beaten. Simply Superb. Thank you very much for sorting me out. Absolutely Delighted!

I contacted John after the storm as my roof edges were hanging off. After sending him pictures he gave a price and said he would get to me ASAP. Within a few days he rang to say he was on his way and came within 20 minutes. He just did the job with no fuss. I feel I can sleep easy now knowing it's not going to fall off and damage my neighbours car. He is a really nice man and very genuine. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Sean,Kieran and team replaced our 60+ year old roof and installed new guttering. They were a joy to have around. We kept them happy with regular refreshments and they in turn worked so hard. We recently had NK Roofline fit plastic soffits and replace all our guttering, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I got first call roofers to come to my property to inspect some work I had done by another contractor about 6 weeks ago we called the other contractor several times and they cept promising to come back and put right there very shoddy workmanship they never turned up so in the end we called first call roofers the young guy who came out to us was very helpful he fixed several mistakes that the first contractor made and completed the work to a high standard Lee was very punctual and very efficient and professional I would have no hesitation recommending first call roofers to anyone 👍 thanks to Lee our guttering is how it should be thank you
