I had a recent EPDM flat roof fitted. A & B roofing were reliable from start to finish, professional, thorough and transparent with advice and costing. It was also good to get before and after photos of the roof too, as I don't want to climb up there to inspect it in person due to the height! Very happy with the work Dan and his team did on 8th August, 2020. Since then we've had some serious storms in Stockport and I'm pleased to report not a single leak in our new 'EPDM Rubber' roof. I didn't expect there would be any issues, as Dan is clearly very experienced. Highly recommend A&B Roofing if you are looking for a flat roofing specialist.

Had a leak in my kitchen after a recent storm. Lee came within 24 hours and did a deep inspection of the problem. Found the fault and also discovered missing tiles on the main roof. Quoted for the work there and then - all was fixed within days. Mega impressed that the team working on a Sunday as well. Not many people would offer such a service. Couldn't recommend more!

We had a leaking chimney causing damp in our daughters bedroom and concluded it needed taking down as it was never going to be used again. Lee was very professional and he and his colleague did a very nice job to take it below the roof line, cap it off nicely, batten and tile the roof space and fit new fascia and brick up the gable. Job was well organised with scaffolding and skip etc and all done over a weekend at a fair price for the work involved. Lee made sure I was happy with the work aswell once it was completed. I had a panic after finding a broken roof tile and put an ad up. An initial quote from another roofer grew rapidly into work done at a very high price. After a stressful experience there I managed to get a far better deal from LMP who did a fantastic job replacing the small kitchen extension roof at the rear of my end terrace property. This work was a similar (and better) standard to a neighbour with a similar tile roof replacement. They worked over a weekend and very quickly, tidying up too. Great job.

I can not recommend Lee highly enough, Him and his team did a full roof replacement including new fascias, soffits and gutters for myself this summer and what a fantastic job they did from start to finish Lee was so easy to deal with and made us feel at ease from the moment he came to quote for the job. He has also just done the leaky flat roof on our garage in EPDM rubber which looks amazing and more importantly is now 100% watertight. Thanks again for all the work!

After months of trying to get someone to fix a valley on our roof, our neighbour‘s builders recommended Pinnacle, a company they use too. The standard of work on our neighbours house was excellent and so we got a quote from Pinnacle. Their assessment was the same as most other companies, and their quote was reasonable. Alex way happy to work with our renderer (a separate job) on timescales so that the scaffolding he needed could be available for both jobs, which saved costs. Job was done over two part days, it has rained overnight and the valley is now bone dry on the inside of the loft. Very pleased. You can have confidence in choosing this company.

Alex, Brad and the team at Pinnacle replaced the fascias and guttering on our house in Dec 2023. Great team, polite, professional, cleared up after themselves, did a great job and for the price they quoted. The end result looks really smart. We had a small leak initially (to be expected with this type of work) but they came straight back out to fix it and a year on everything is great. I definitely recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking at this type of work.

I can’t fault Alex and the team. Showed up when they said they would (that in itself is a rarity). Super polite, professional and well presented team. Did a cracking job at sorting our roof leak quickly over the Christmas period, then coming back again this year to fix our chimney and re-flashing. I had a completely new roof installed by Dan and his team at my mother’s house. From pricing to completion was a flawless experience. The Roofing Co (NW) Limited did a fantastic job of insulating and recovering the metal roof on our Scout HQ. I can honestly say that In have never felt so confident in any workers as the fantastic bunch of guys who came to sort out my sloping roof on the rear of my house.They never complained when I interrupted them with questions and always had a smile or a joke with me. They were hard workers and very efficient and cleaned up every day after finishing. If there was a need for extra work involved I eas told what it was and the cost involved. If I ever have to recommend a firm of roofers to anybody it will only ever be Ged and his team . As a person on her own I was never worried about having people I didn't know on my property. We were extremely impressed with the service provided by this roofing repair team. After noticing an issue with our chimney, we called them, and they arrived the same day to assess the problem. They quickly identified that the chimney required remortaring and, incredibly, completed the repair on the same day as identifying the issue. The plan was to fix leaking roof however when I found Fastfix roofing via Google search I was impressed by the pictures and decided to try them out. I called and an appointment booked he came to check and gave us the quote for both repairs and fixing new roof . We decided to change the entire roof.when they arrived in their van I was like impressed that this guys mean business and they were all friendly, patience and hardworking. My roof has been changed and looked sooo professionally done by professionals( Fastfix) .
