I had a recent EPDM flat roof fitted. A & B roofing were reliable from start to finish, professional, thorough and transparent with advice and costing. It was also good to get before and after photos of the roof too, as I don't want to climb up there to inspect it in person due to the height! Happy to recommend this business from my own personal experience.

Had a leak in my kitchen after a recent storm. Lee came within 24 hours and did a deep inspection of the problem. Found the fault and also discovered missing tiles on the main roof. Quoted for the work there and then - all was fixed within days. Mega impressed that the team working on a Sunday as well. Not many people would offer such a service. Couldn't recommend more!

Lee was professional and friendly and after inspecting the damage on my flat roofs etc. He was able to give me an honest opinion of what was required. Any questions I raised were dealt with In detail and nothing was to much trouble. Lees Quote was reasonable . Lee and team arrive on time as agreed and carried out all the necessary stripping of old wood etc and replacing with new. Gutters and fascia also replaced edging and loose tiles and other bits. All replaced with new. Kept me up to date with progress. Cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend LMP roofing and would definitely use again. One happy customer. I can not recommend Lee highly enough, Him and his team did a full roof replacement including new fascias, soffits and gutters for myself this summer and what a fantastic job they did from start to finish Lee was so easy to deal with and made us feel at ease from the moment he came to quote for the job. I had a panic after finding a broken roof tile and put an ad up. An initial quote from another roofer grew rapidly into work done at a very high price. After a stressful experience there I managed to get a far better deal from LMP who did a fantastic job replacing the small kitchen extension roof at the rear of my end terrace property. This work was a similar (and better) standard to a neighbour with a similar tile roof replacement. They worked over a weekend and very quickly, tidying up too. Great job.

Gareth came and did a drone inspection on one of my properties which was over four stories high , it saved us loads on scaffold hire just to find the issues . I have used Jason on several occasions in recent years for various roofing tasks, including installations of both Edge Trims and a Dry Ridge System, and general tile replacement. He has always provided a prompt and reliable service, at a very reasonable price. Quotes were always adhered to when the work was completed, with no attempt to claim for any "unforeseen extras". He always turned up at the agreed time and worked diligently to complete the assignment. I have had no hesitation in recommending him to friends and neighbours.

Having recently moved and suffered with a leaking roof in the porch I can only say I wish I had known about Jay in the first instance. Having been messed about by other individuals Jay was recommended to me, he turned up when he said he would, we also discussed a couple of other jobs that may need doing and Jay was quite happy to provide separate quotes for the essential job and the optional ones. Quotes arrived as promised and seemed very good value and was happy to proceed with all (repairing dry verges and repointing a ridge tile). All jobs were completed as promised and to a high standard. The new flat roof on the porch has certainly been tested since installation and not a drop of water has been seen.
