Another great vegan place almost exactly halfway between London and Dumbarton. Delicious Middle Eastern food, served in a loft full of character, by friendly, knowledgeable staff. We loved every dish we tried

Otto provided the venue for my wife’s 40th surprise birthday celebration. They catered for around 40 people and the food tasted as good as it looked. The staff were incredibly helpful and the whole team was really responsive from the initial enquiry until the day. Delicious food. My partner and I visited on a Sunday evening. We had a three course meal which altogether came to £75 including a tip. The food was absolutely delicious, the Daal was especially tasty, as was the Meze sharer to start. The portions aren’t huge but I almost preferred that as we weren’t overfaced and could just about finish the full three courses between us. The atmosphere and the decor of the restaurant was really nice as well. I especially loved the toilets. The staff were really attentive. Overall I really enjoyable meal. I’d definitely recommend visiting.

Wow this place is sensational and I’m not vegan or vegetarian. I went with friends who love it and had fabulous food, fantastic wine and an all round superb experience. If you like Middle Eastern food the starters and mezze are very much classics done to a high standard. The mains are great and I can personally recommend the Kofta (first picture) which had I not known otherwise wouldn’t have thought it was vegetarian. Highly recommended.

We went as party of 6 last night and had a great evening. The service was excellent and the food even better. Very relaxed and not rushed. We all tried different dishes and every dish was perfect & delicious. Good selection of wine and fairly priced. Staff were very friendly, great sense of humour and really made us feel genuinely welcome. Menu is brilliant with many options for when we return. Thanks for the great evening!

My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at this lovely little Italian restaurant last night, and it was an incredible experience. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This family-run gem truly stands out, and we hope it continues to thrive. The food was absolutely exceptional—far surpassing that of other notable places like Cibo in Wilmslow and Hale, Piccolinos and San Carlo. Honestly, it’s probably the best Italian restaurant we’ve ever been to. A great addition to Cheadle Hulme.

A beautiful place, great service, wonderful food, totally recommend.We were a party of five mixed ages, for a birthday celebration meal. I and my wife went to a friend’s birthday do held in this restaurant on Sunday 14/4/24. We had a most lovely celebration party. Everyone enjoyed the well cooked and delicious Polish dishes, relished in the casual and warm atmosphere of the place and above all the earnest and courteous service.,

We went in the evening to celebrate a special anniversary. The food was absolutely amazing, really good value and everyone was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended, we’ll be back soon!

We ate lunch here today. The staff were very pleasant and hands on. We were served by Filipe. The food was excellent. I had the breaded veal and it was outstanding. I would highly recommend trying this place if you like Italian food. They also have gluten-free pasta.

We had a wonderful experience. Despite half our party having a delay arriving due to a late taxi the staff were fantastic. The food was delicious and we couldn’t have been better looked after.

I visited the restaurant for the first time tonight for a valentines date with my partner. Firstly the restaurant is beautiful with a great atmosphere. The food is absolutely stunning as a fussy eater I was very pleasantly surprised and finished all my dish. Big shout out to our waitress Lucia I work in the same industry and know how hard the job can be at times especially when as busy as the restaurant was this evening. Lucia was very pleasant, polite & accommodating with a very welcoming & warming attitude and is quite obviously fantastic at her job, we will definitely visit here again.

My wife and I tried out the new Indian restaurant on Dairyground last night. The food was amazing! The best Indian restaurant food I have ever had. The flavours were so fresh and intense. We had devilled chicken and tandoori prawns for starters and then chicken kolipuri and Bhuna chicken for mains, with pilau rice and naan. All dishes were fabulous. It is not a cheap meal deal affair like it used to be but is definitely worth visiting. The menu is very new an includes many dishes that we had never heard of, however the staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to explain everything.

I had the pleasure of dining at Turmeric and Twist and tried their Chicken Tikka – it was absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly marinated, tender, and packed with flavor, served with a fresh side salad and a wedge of lemon that elevated the taste. The service was equally impressive. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and ensured that everything was perfect during my visit. It’s clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and mouthwatering Indian cuisine with top-notch service!

The service was quick and prompt. The starters taste and quality was excellent and met my expectations. The cocktails were tasty and priced right. Main course butter Chicken was quite mild for my Indian taste, it was a quite a good experience and found the restaurant served good Indian food, not to mention the desserts were fabulous and yummy. Thanks to the owners that approached every table and asked for feedback. Always there is room for improvement as in Indian cuisine every restaurant have different style but the friendliness and good atmosphere always helps in making every visit a memorable one.

This was, without question, one of the best Italian meals we have had the pleasure to enjoy. We had wanted to try this small, local restaurant for some time, and tonight, we were only left wondering, why we had waited so long. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. When we arrived, there was a large party leaving, who went out of their way to tell us how wonderful the food was and that they had brought visiting family there especially. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and cannot wait to return. A real hidden gem!

Random visit to Stockport, picked this restaurant out of a number on Google maps, we were not disappointed. A warm welcome, delicious food, attentive service, nice atmosphere.

The food here reminded me of a hug from my mom- warm, comforting and from the heart. I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Bonochi. When I arrived, it was almost closing time and I was the only one there but they still welcomed me and offered me the 5 star experience. The server was so friendly,sweet and attentive. The foood??!? OMG! Some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had and one of my favorite culinary experiences in the UK to date. Like I mentioned, I was the only person in the restaurant at minutes to 10 (closing time) but the chef took his time. The meals didn’t look nor taste rushed. Everything was fresh, hot and flavorful! I absolutely loved it. 10/10 highly recommend

Hadn't booked but a place was found for us. Really lovely staff, incredibly efficient. Had a drink within 3 minutes of arriving! Food was awesome and was brought out speedily. Nice authentic Italian vibe.

There are many pseudo-Italian chain restaurants in Bramhall/CH, but this is the real deal (only D'Agostino in CH comes close). Not just run by Italians, but with several Italian serving staff too. Commendably the menu shows a price for a smaller version of the pasta dishes as a starter / primo piatto. Normally I end up having to ask. I had an excellent carbonara. The steak I had was one of the very best steaks I've had anywhere in the UK. Only better ones which come to mind were in Portugal and (northern) Italy. Because of English obsession with extreme no-fat leanness, the flavour cannot be there (imho). Anyway this one was cooked to perfection, did have good flavour and I haven't stopped drooling over it ever since ! You don't get to run the same restaurant, in the same place, for several decades without doing it very well indeed.

My family and I have dined here numerous times. The food is always cooked to perfection, the service is exemplary and it's always a wonderful atmosphere when you visit there. The wine and beer list is varied with different wines, spirits and beers to suit all pallets. Romulus is definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Bramhall village.

Visited Romulus last night for the first time and the food was absolutely beautiful.. the nicest Italian I have ever had. I had the minestrone soup which was delicious followed by pan fried breaded chicken with tomato spaghetti on the side and my god it was to die for… also this was on the set menu 2 courses I think it was like £19 each…The staff are so nice they can’t do enough for you and also really funny. We had a ball in there last night. Will defo be back. Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely cosy pub. We turned up when the kitchen had almost closed but the staff was very kind to let us order anyway. Delicious food (various starters and burger). Didn't stay after dinner but the atmosphere was great with nice music, people enjoying themselves. Would have been nice to stay longer.

Staff were great, we came on a Friday night and were seated in the back area which was quieter which we appreciated. Not a huge amount of options on the menu which is a shame (maybe more vegan burger options to cater for people) but I really enjoyed my pie, was super tasty.

We had a leaving Party in the Garden Room on Fri 11th Oct. Paula could not have been more helpful in the lead up to and on the night itself. The bar team were brilliant and the food was lovely for all our guests, and there were a lot of us. I thought it was excellent value for money and the room looks amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time, would highly recommend for a private party.

First visit. Sunday lunch. Large party. Made to feel welcome by Paula the second I walked in. Similar from Becci as I walked to our table at the back of the bar. Friendly service from all serving staff. Nice food & beers in lovely surroundings. Deceptively spacious place on the busy high street. Didn't try it, but dedicated Vegan restaurant, Otto, upstairs with separate kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.

This was my fourth or fifth visit an ideal pub to stop off when walking my dog. Small, honest drinking house with seating also down in the cellar. Great local ales including Bollington's Bitter, Long Hop etc.

Been many times and continue to do so. The food is always excellent and the service is always great.

Love this place It n̈ever disappoints I had the turkish sausage followed by the seabass. So tasty and very good value at £19.95 on early bird menu

Beautiful decor, great dining experience. Two Course Early Bird Menu available. Food was delicious. Could have had a dairy or lactose free option in the desserts section.
