A very cosy place with beautiful food 😍 As a Lithuanian myself with a British partner/eater we love it here because food is so good and reminds me home (Lithuanian and Polish food is so similar 😊😋 ) As a cooking teacher I rate this place very highly👌 Potato pancakes are to die for 🥰 Staff is so friendly and helpful, we always want to come back 🤗

I and my wife went to a friend’s birthday do held in this restaurant on Sunday 14/4/24. We had a most lovely celebration party. Everyone enjoyed the well cooked and delicious Polish dishes, relished in the casual and warm atmosphere of the place and above all the earnest and courteous service.,

Came to the restaurant and absolutely loved the food I have never eaten polish food although was very good Definitely recommend staff attentive and very good service Nadia severed us the whole evening and was exceptional she is amazing Thank you again

Delicious food. My partner and I visited on a Sunday evening. We had a three course meal which altogether came to £75 including a tip. The food was absolutely delicious, the Daal was especially tasty, as was the Meze sharer to start. The portions aren’t huge but I almost preferred that as we weren’t overfaced and could just about finish the full three courses between us. The atmosphere and the decor of the restaurant was really nice as well. I especially loved the toilets. The staff were really attentive. Overall I really enjoyable meal. I’d definitely recommend visiting.

Edit. Visited again and had the badassbadass potatoes again with the sexy pie, the pie was lovely the potatoes really let it down, barely cooked which is a shame. My friend had the Sunday roast and again the potatoes really let it down. Lovely place, love the decor. So much to choose from on the menu, I'm not good when there is so much choice. The young lady that was serving us was lovely. She was very helpful and recommended a few dishes to us, which was very appreciated as they were so tasty. I enjoyed every bite. The pudding was out of this world. Good prices as well. I will definitely go back again and recommended.

Otto provided the venue for my wife’s 40th surprise birthday celebration. They catered for around 40 people and the food tasted as good as it looked. The staff were incredibly helpful and the whole team was really responsive from the initial enquiry until the day. Wow this place is sensational and I’m not vegan or vegetarian. I went with friends who love it and had fabulous food, fantastic wine and an all round superb experience. If you like Middle Eastern food the starters and mezze are very much classics done to a high standard. The mains are great and I can personally recommend the Kofta (first picture) which had I not known otherwise wouldn’t have thought it was vegetarian. Highly recommended.

We ate lunch here today. The staff were very pleasant and hands on. We were served by Filipe. The food was excellent. I had the breaded veal and it was outstanding. I would highly recommend trying this place if you like Italian food. They also have gluten-free pasta.

We had a wonderful experience. Despite half our party having a delay arriving due to a late taxi the staff were fantastic. The food was delicious and we couldn’t have been better looked after.

I visited the restaurant for the first time tonight for a valentines date with my partner. Firstly the restaurant is beautiful with a great atmosphere. The food is absolutely stunning as a fussy eater I was very pleasantly surprised and finished all my dish. Big shout out to our waitress Lucia I work in the same industry and know how hard the job can be at times especially when as busy as the restaurant was this evening. Lucia was very pleasant, polite & accommodating with a very welcoming & warming attitude and is quite obviously fantastic at her job, we will definitely visit here again.

Amazing food, was greeted straight away and the service was excellent, especially Fellipé. Our group was so impressed with the food, we will definitely be back.

My wife and I tried out the new Indian restaurant on Dairyground last night. The food was amazing! The best Indian restaurant food I have ever had. The flavours were so fresh and intense. We had devilled chicken and tandoori prawns for starters and then chicken kolipuri and Bhuna chicken for mains, with pilau rice and naan. All dishes were fabulous. It is not a cheap meal deal affair like it used to be but is definitely worth visiting. The menu is very new an includes many dishes that we had never heard of, however the staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to explain everything.

Visited Turmeric and Twist and had an amazing experience! The vada pav was absolutely delicious, with bold flavours and a perfect texture. The Peacock Cider paired wonderfully with it. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a flavourful and warm dining experience!

The service was quick and prompt. The starters taste and quality was excellent and met my expectations. The cocktails were tasty and priced right. Main course butter Chicken was quite mild for my Indian taste, it was a quite a good experience and found the restaurant served good Indian food, not to mention the desserts were fabulous and yummy. Thanks to the owners that approached every table and asked for feedback. Always there is room for improvement as in Indian cuisine every restaurant have different style but the friendliness and good atmosphere always helps in making every visit a memorable one.

Last evening, I had the pleasure of dining at Turmeric Twist and I must say it was the perfect choice after a long and tiring day. The food was absolutely amazing flavorful well-prepared, and satisfying. The dishes were a delightful blend of spices and textures, showcasing their expertise in Indian cuisine. I highly recommend Turmeric Twist to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Thank you for making my evening special.

This was, without question, one of the best Italian meals we have had the pleasure to enjoy. We had wanted to try this small, local restaurant for some time, and tonight, we were only left wondering, why we had waited so long. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. When we arrived, there was a large party leaving, who went out of their way to tell us how wonderful the food was and that they had brought visiting family there especially. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and cannot wait to return. A real hidden gem!

The food here reminded me of a hug from my mom- warm, comforting and from the heart. I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Bonochi. When I arrived, it was almost closing time and I was the only one there but they still welcomed me and offered me the 5 star experience. The server was so friendly,sweet and attentive. The foood??!? OMG! Some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had and one of my favorite culinary experiences in the UK to date. Like I mentioned, I was the only person in the restaurant at minutes to 10 (closing time) but the chef took his time. The meals didn’t look nor taste rushed. Everything was fresh, hot and flavorful! I absolutely loved it. 10/10 highly recommend

Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so I could try everything on the menu all in one night........oh and the food is probably half eaten in the pics because it just had to be dived into and eaten. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, stunning fresh food, great menu choices. My new favourite restaurant clean, welcoming and easy to book over phone.

We went as party of 6 last night and had a great evening. The service was excellent and the food even better. Very relaxed and not rushed. We all tried different dishes and every dish was perfect & delicious. Good selection of wine and fairly priced. Staff were very friendly, great sense of humour and really made us feel genuinely welcome. Menu is brilliant with many options for when we return. Thanks for the great evening!

A lovely Italian restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and amazing food. The stinco di agnello was cooked to perfection and our waitress Elisia made our experience even more enjoyable. I’d certainly come back again.

This was my fourth or fifth visit an ideal pub to stop off when walking my dog. Small, honest drinking house with seating also down in the cellar. Great local ales including Bollington's Bitter, Long Hop etc.

First visit since pre Covid. Not a fan of Bramhall but love this micro bar. Been a few times and always had good beer and a warm welcome. Surprisingly spacious with an extra room downstairs. Pavement seating for four! Had a lovely pint of Bollington Best.

First visit. Sunday lunch. Large party. Made to feel welcome by Paula the second I walked in. Similar from Becci as I walked to our table at the back of the bar. Friendly service from all serving staff. Nice food & beers in lovely surroundings. Deceptively spacious place on the busy high street. Didn't try it, but dedicated Vegan restaurant, Otto, upstairs with separate kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.

We had a leaving Party in the Garden Room on Fri 11th Oct. Paula could not have been more helpful in the lead up to and on the night itself. The bar team were brilliant and the food was lovely for all our guests, and there were a lot of us. I thought it was excellent value for money and the room looks amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time, would highly recommend for a private party.

Staff were great, we came on a Friday night and were seated in the back area which was quieter which we appreciated. Not a huge amount of options on the menu which is a shame (maybe more vegan burger options to cater for people) but I really enjoyed my pie, was super tasty.

Had a very enjoyable few drinks here with my friends last night. I couldn't decide which cocktail to have, so the barman said he's make me a French Martini to try. Wow! It was delicious, so much so, my friends decided to have them as well! They really need to be on the menu. I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff members, all seemed to be happy and helpful, but particularly with the original barman. We will be back again 🍸😊

Eaten here a few times and it just seems to even better. Seen a review saying this could be the best Middle Eastern restaurant in South Manchester and I wouldn’t disagree. The food is exemplary, staff are nice and depending when you go it varies from chilled / quieter in the week to busy at weekends. It’s BYO drinks so if you’ve arrived not realising you can nip round the corner to Sainsbury’s local which is a few metres away. Food pics may not do it justice but it’s a classic meze choice of starters from humous dips, breads, baba ghanoush etc, mains are a great selection and desserts are classic Middle Eastern home cooked, the baklava is highly recommended.

I think we were the first customers of the evening , so got seated straight away, waiter was super friendly, nice decor and the food was spot on to . Would definitely come again. All the dishes were nice and tasty and the portion sizes were just right

Thank you for the incredible food and excellent service at Shaam. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I couldn’t help but notice the same care and attention given to the dishes on other tables as well, all accompanied by a wonderful aroma. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday special by bringing out a slice of cake with a candle, creating a lovely atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to offer a variety of music, and we did notice a few bothersome flies from time to time.

Good food, starters amazing just chicken kebab was no up to my taste. Lucking spicy flavours. On the plus side they do not serve alkohol but you can bring your own

Always welcomed, staff are very accommodating. The cod (pictured) is succulent and soft, tartar sauce could be tangier but is lovely. Prices on the menu vary but appropriate and low budget friendly.

Beautifully decorated pub/restarestaurant. Excellent service, friendly attentive staff. Visited for lunch today for the first time. Service was dast and efficient. Large menu, good wine choices.

Been several times since become Almond. Always great service with friendly staff. Carvery is best around. Menu has been changed recently but food is still fantastic. The tomahawk chop was lovely and pizzas and salad were great. as a regular I just wanted to add that the new menu for Winter 2024 is great. The Crispy Beef Salad and the New Pies were all fantastic

Had a family meal here today. The staff were all friendly and the food was excellent! I had the chicken curry and I can't recommend it enough. Fantastic atmosphere and good value!
