i had 5 other roofers come out to my property who failed to find a leak on my roof. thomas from actfastroofing and hes team came out and found my issue in the matter of minutes with hes equipment some kind of colour dye to detect the leak. very glad to have found this firm highly recommend very fare in all ways. not pushy gave us the time that we needed to arrange every thing very personal him and hes team

New Roof for Christmas 🤓 We have just had our roof partially replaced by Pinnacle Roof & Build Ltd, our roof was in desperate need of being replaced. Alex came out and provided a comprehensive quote, going into great detail with the work that would be needed. Did a cracking job at sorting our roof leak quickly over the Christmas period, then coming back again this year to fix our chimney and re-flashing. Alex, Brad and the team at Pinnacle replaced the fascias and guttering on our house in Dec 2023. Great team, polite, professional, cleared up after themselves, did a great job and for the price they quoted. The end result looks really smart. We had a small leak initially (to be expected with this type of work) but they came straight back out to fix it and a year on everything is great. After months of trying to get someone to fix a valley on our roof, our neighbour‘s builders recommended Pinnacle, a company they use too. The standard of work on our neighbours house was excellent and so we got a quote from Pinnacle. Their assessment was the same as most other companies, and their quote was reasonable. Alex way happy to work with our renderer (a separate job) on timescales so that the scaffolding he needed could be available for both jobs, which saved costs. Job was done over two part days, it has rained overnight and the valley is now bone dry on the inside of the loft. Very pleased. You can have confidence in choosing this company.

I can honestly say that In have never felt so confident in any workers as the fantastic bunch of guys who came to sort out my sloping roof on the rear of my house.They never complained when I interrupted them with questions and always had a smile or a joke with me. They were hard workers and very efficient and cleaned up every day after finishing. If there was a need for extra work involved I eas told what it was and the cost involved. If I ever have to recommend a firm of roofers to anybody it will only ever be Ged and his team . As a person on her own I was never worried about having people I didn't know on my property. The Roofing Co (NW) Limited did a fantastic job of insulating and recovering the metal roof on our Scout HQ. From our very first request for a quote through to the completion of the works we couldn't have been happier with the service we received or the quality of the end product. The way the project was funded meant that not only was there a significant delay between us receiving the quote and being able to give the go-ahead with the work, but we then had a tight timeframe in which to complete everything, However, despite our constraints, The Roofing Co (NW) Ltd, were always supportive and accommodated our needs. As a group we are exceedingly grateful to Ged and his team for every aspect of the work that they have done for us and we can't recommend them highly enough. We had a leaking chimney causing damp in our daughters bedroom and concluded it needed taking down as it was never going to be used again. Lee was very professional and he and his colleague did a very nice job to take it below the roof line, cap it off nicely, batten and tile the roof space and fit new fascia and brick up the gable. Job was well organised with scaffolding and skip etc and all done over a weekend at a fair price for the work involved. Lee made sure I was happy with the work aswell once it was completed. Would highly recommend

I had a panic after finding a broken roof tile and put an ad up. An initial quote from another roofer grew rapidly into work done at a very high price. After a stressful experience there I managed to get a far better deal from LMP who did a fantastic job replacing the small kitchen extension roof at the rear of my end terrace property. This work was a similar (and better) standard to a neighbour with a similar tile roof replacement. They worked over a weekend and very quickly, tidying up too. Great job.

I can not recommend Lee highly enough, Him and his team did a full roof replacement including new fascias, soffits and gutters for myself this summer and what a fantastic job they did from start to finish Lee was so easy to deal with and made us feel at ease from the moment he came to quote for the job. He has also just done the leaky flat roof on our garage in EPDM rubber which looks amazing and more importantly is now 100% watertight. Thanks again for all the work!

Lee was professional and friendly and after inspecting the damage on my flat roofs etc. He was able to give me an honest opinion of what was required. Any questions I raised were dealt with In detail and nothing was to much trouble. Lees Quote was reasonable . Lee and team arrive on time as agreed and carried out all the necessary stripping of old wood etc and replacing with new. Gutters and fascia also replaced edging and loose tiles and other bits. All replaced with new. Kept me up to date with progress. Cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend LMP roofing and would definitely use again. One happy customer. Had a slipped slate. Contacted Elliot roofing, got a response straight away. Visited in under an hour to quote. Came back within another hour and fixed the problem. No mither, done and dusted, friendly helpful guys. Couldn't ask for more.

The mortar under our roof ridge tiles was coming away with pieces scattered on the roof. Contacted Ash who came round later the same day to take a look. Ash then provided a quote to install a dry ridge system, which was very reasonable. Ash stayed in touch and an installation date was agreed. Ash and Bailey worked really hard in very hot conditions. A couple of new roof tiles were needed and the type is now difficult to source but through his contacts Ash was able to get hold of some. Both Ash and Bailey were friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

From the quotation on meeting the likeable Chris I felt confident. I wasn't wrong. So pleased with the new roof and leadwork on the garage. His workforce are a credit. I'm so pleased with the job that was done on my roof. Within a few days of the initial visit the job was booked and completed. The guys turned up exactly when they said they would and were so kind even though they were working in -7°C weather. Would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new roof, new insulation, replacement guttering and repairs to our chimney. My only concern was about the work that needed doing and the quality of the workmanship having heard about so many problems other people had experienced.
