Second time of using Sol Heating. Both times Steve attended the same day, and quickly identified and resolved the problem 1) boiler valve/pump not working and 2) water leak. Would definitely recommend and will use again, although hopefully for planned works, not emergency call outs!

Had an emergency ceiling leak and needed someone quick on a Sunday morning. Jack was great from the first phone call, quoting his hourly cost up front and that he'd be round within the hour. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. I bought a new kitchen sink online from another firm. When I came to install it, the fittings that came with it clearly weren't going to work with any UK system. I went to Plumb Direct, and they helped me troubleshoot my problem, giving me some excellent advice. I didn't even end up buying any parts from them as I already had them. I managed to solve the problem and now I have a fully functioning kitchen sink! Situated canalside , past Hawk Green Mill on industrial estate.Used this place a few times. There are usually a couple of tradesmen standing at the counter drinking the free coffee and chatting. Bit like a bar really. Pleanty of choice here, Not too much advise but sometimes a gem or two.... Would reccommmend as they have always been ok with me and fixed me up most times. John

Called JLH after a leak in my boiler when I came home from work. Having rang my regular plumber who was unable to help and a what can only be called a charlatan who wanted £200 call out before seeing the problem, I came across JLH - and I'm so glad I did. On the phone they were friendly and professional, and managed to work out the problem almost instantly! They came out first thing in the morning, messaging to let me know they were on the way just after 8am. James had the part required to hand and he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Fantastic service. James came out incredibly quickly to come fix our faulty boiler as we had no heating. Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt.
