Rob at Peak Plumbing went out of his way to help us over the phone first thing this morning when we had a plumbing emergency and then came to our house only an hour later. He checked the situation, gave us great advice then came back again later on with all the tools he needed to get the job done. He made sure he stayed until he fixed the pipe and even cleaned up as well. Professional, helpful, and a thoroughly nice bloke. Cannot recommend them higher!

Bob, or Saint Bob, as we call him is just the best. Honest, hardworking and reliable. He fixed issues that hadn't been identified by Homeserve, despite them attending the property multiple times.

The guys from Peak came to my rescue today and fitted my cooker, very knowledgeable and professional . the guys came to fix someone else`s cowboy work and found the cause of the problem fast and put it right. Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. They have left my property warm clean and ready for the next 7 years (at least) of trouble free heating. Highly recommended 10/10

Second time of using Sol Heating. Both times Steve attended the same day, and quickly identified and resolved the problem 1) boiler valve/pump not working and 2) water leak. Would definitely recommend and will use again, although hopefully for planned works, not emergency call outs!

Gas boiler broke down on New Years Eve. Chris Harvey responded immediately, and after changing a part in the boiler had the central heating system working within the hour. Excellent service at a fair price and would recommend.

After two engineers from my heating insurance company failed to fix my boiler I came across Chris Harvey Plumbing and Heating. From the initial conversation with Chris I felt reassured and confident that he knew what he was talking about. I felt heard and understood and he explained calmly what he thought the problem might be and his colleague - Jamie, came out promptly. Jamie was polite, friendly, well presented and covid aware wearing correct p.p.e. He explained why I had been getting the problems with my the boiler - in layman's terms - plus handy tips to help me understand the boiler going forward. Jamie located and fixed the fault within 20 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. He even reassured me that the boiler did not require a further procedure ( which one of the other gas engineers had said was urgent! and would have cost me £300!) I can’t recommend Chris and Jamie highly enough. They are a decent, honest hardworking team who really know their stuff! At long last I know my boiler is in safe hands, which is very reassuring. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many thanks to you both.

We had a nightmare straight after Christmas when the boiler packed in no hot water or heating with 3 children to keep warm we made a few phone calls and every quote was through the roof or they couldn’t call out to fix it for two weeks!! Then we was recommended to ring Chris and he came back with a great quote which we could afford and he replaced the boiler the next day which was a very neat and tidy job as he also replaced some old bad pipe work!! We have a new boiler fully tested and certified safe under warranty and a care plan set up.... Would highly recommend great service and great after care 10 out of 10

Great Service. throughout the project Robin was very responsive. Always answered any messages or queries promptly. Never had to chase him (which seems the norm now with most trades). We are very happy with the 2 bathrooms he has fitted. The end result is great. He has a wealth of experience for which there is no substitute. Does all of his own plastering and tiling and therefore not relying on other tradesmen. Would definitely use Robin again and would recommend.

Robin has just completed a refurb of our bathroom. Very pleased with the work he has undertaken and can highly recommend. He kept me fully informed at all times which was much appreciated. Robin was very friendly and pleasant.

Monkey Wrench plumbing services were extremely helpful from my first phone call. I needed a replacement shower but I wasn't quite sure what type so Mark came over to have a look. He worked out what was needed and promptly popped out to purchase a new shower (at a discount price) and replace our old broken one. He did a lovely, neat job and left no mess. I'm very happy with the service which was fast and very reasonably priced. Mark is a lovely chap and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
