Contacted DR Heating as I had a radiator that was leaking, a few radiators that weren’t warming up at all and issues with the boiler, I rang DR Heating and arranged for them to came out straight away. Riyaz was very kind and professional, he explained what the issue was and kindly sorted the radiator/boiler issues. Reasonably priced, Fantastic service, highly recommended and would definitely use again!!!!!

Really grateful to Riyaz and Zach for their prompt and professional service! We had another tradesman in before Christmas to fix a problem with a leak from our shower that was dripping through our living room ceiling. The other guy mis-diagnosed the cause of the problem and spent 2 weeks replacing our entire en-suite floor at a cost of nearly £1000! Within a week the leak was back and worse than before! We called Riyaz after finding DR Heating NW on Google and he came out first thing the next morning. He and Zach performed thorough tests and found the actual source of the leak very quickly - something the previous guy had completely overlooked. They returned the next day and fixed it, and were really friendly and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and followed up in the days after to ensure all was well, and charged a very fair rate too, and only once we confirmed we were happy it was sorted. We were moving Into our new house. All jobs like painting, carpets was on hold because of gas fire fitting. Some other guy came out twice and fiddled for hours, then left the job. I came across Dr heating and called them out. They came quickly, knew exactly what they were doing, did a thorough and safe job. If only I knew about them first. Would only use Dr heating for any plumber issues now. Really grateful for their professional service. Reliable and good rates.

Absolutely perfect job. Rang last night, done today! Fast and efficient service. He came and replaced the elbow on the drainage pipe and put the slab back in place and levelled off.Couldn’t recommend Billy enough.

If we could give more than five stars we would have done! We had had a nightmare with a previous company and I contacted Billy who came to the rescue. What was originally thought to be a blocked drain ended up being a waste drain not being connected back up after we had an extension put in four years ago! With the use of various different gadgets, Billy identified the problem and within three days the problem solved and our house had been put back together. What was a very stressful situation was made 10 X easier by Billy's calm approach in explaining everything to us. Excellent value for money and we have saved his number for future jobs we may need doing. Highly recommended!

Billy turned up to look at my heavily blocked drain within 7 hours of me texting him. He cleared the drain within 20 minutes and cleaned the area as best as he could before leaving. Very pleasant to deal with as well. I definitely recommend his services.

Aadam and his boys made me a utility room by halving my garage and knocking through into my dining room, they also bricked up a window and put a sky light in a bedroom for us. Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future. Absolutely top notch service. There was a blockage in my plumbing, affecting water flow through the hot tap. The team carried out a methodical process of elimination and resolved the issue. I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

We’ve just had our annual service from Martindales. The engineer arrived when they said he would. He put on over shoes to enter our home, he was very polite and worked professionally and tidily. After he had finished there was no mess and thankfully no issues!

A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales.
