We were moving Into our new house. All jobs like painting, carpets was on hold because of gas fire fitting. Some other guy came out twice and fiddled for hours, then left the job. I came across Dr heating and called them out. They came quickly, knew exactly what they were doing, did a thorough and safe job. If only I knew about them first. Would only use Dr heating for any plumber issues now. Really grateful for their professional service. Reliable and good rates.

Really grateful to Riyaz and Zach for their prompt and professional service! We had another tradesman in before Christmas to fix a problem with a leak from our shower that was dripping through our living room ceiling. The other guy mis-diagnosed the cause of the problem and spent 2 weeks replacing our entire en-suite floor at a cost of nearly £1000! Within a week the leak was back and worse than before! We called Riyaz after finding DR Heating NW on Google and he came out first thing the next morning. He and Zach performed thorough tests and found the actual source of the leak very quickly - something the previous guy had completely overlooked. They returned the next day and fixed it, and were really friendly and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and followed up in the days after to ensure all was well, and charged a very fair rate too, and only once we confirmed we were happy it was sorted. Really pleased with the excellent and very affordable services, and DR Heating NW will be our first port of call for all plumbing and heating work from now on! Thanks Riyaz and Zach!

Contacted DR Heating as I had a radiator that was leaking, a few radiators that weren’t warming up at all and issues with the boiler, I rang DR Heating and arranged for them to came out straight away. Riyaz was very kind and professional, he explained what the issue was and kindly sorted the radiator/boiler issues. Reasonably priced, Fantastic service, highly recommended and would definitely use again!!!!!

If we could give more than five stars we would have done! We had had a nightmare with a previous company and I contacted Billy who came to the rescue. What was originally thought to be a blocked drain ended up being a waste drain not being connected back up after we had an extension put in four years ago! With the use of various different gadgets, Billy identified the problem and within three days the problem solved and our house had been put back together. What was a very stressful situation was made 10 X easier by Billy's calm approach in explaining everything to us. Excellent value for money and we have saved his number for future jobs we may need doing. Highly recommended!

Billy came and checked our drain. There was a crack in it so water was going under the property. He checked all the underground pipes with his camera tool. The rest were good, so he dug out the cracked pipe and replaced it. Then put the paving back and cleaned up. Billy did a great job and would recommend him highly. Thanks. Billy. I would highly recommend Joe from JC plumbing. We had a problem with an overflowing toilet, he came round, identified the issue, ordered the part, came back fitted it, job sorted. R and R completed a boiler diagnostic and boiler fix today on short notice after I was let down by my home emergency cover. If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system.
