Billy came and checked our drain. There was a crack in it so water was going under the property. He checked all the underground pipes with his camera tool. The rest were good, so he dug out the cracked pipe and replaced it. Then put the paving back and cleaned up. Billy did a great job and would recommend him highly. Thanks. Billy. Billy turned up to look at my heavily blocked drain within 7 hours of me texting him. He cleared the drain within 20 minutes and cleaned the area as best as he could before leaving. Very pleasant to deal with as well. I definitely recommend his services.

Absolutely perfect job. Rang last night, done today! Fast and efficient service. He came and replaced the elbow on the drainage pipe and put the slab back in place and levelled off.Couldn’t recommend Billy enough.

Have used P&D for the odd jobs over the years and finally decided to renovate our bathroom after a leak. Friendly, honest and professional from the beginning, reasonably priced and other than a few setbacks and snags here and there (which were easily and quickly remedied) the job itself did not take that long. I would highly recommend Joe from JC plumbing. We had a problem with an overflowing toilet, he came round, identified the issue, ordered the part, came back fitted it, job sorted. He also went to my aunties house as she had a problem with her toilet not flushing. He went to suppliers got a new unit and fitted within the hour. Fantastic to find someone who can repair things. If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done. Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out.
