We were moving Into our new house. All jobs like painting, carpets was on hold because of gas fire fitting. Some other guy came out twice and fiddled for hours, then left the job. I came across Dr heating and called them out. They came quickly, knew exactly what they were doing, did a thorough and safe job. If only I knew about them first. Really grateful to Riyaz and Zach for their prompt and professional service! We had another tradesman in before Christmas to fix a problem with a leak from our shower that was dripping through our living room ceiling. The other guy mis-diagnosed the cause of the problem and spent 2 weeks replacing our entire en-suite floor at a cost of nearly £1000! Within a week the leak was back and worse than before! We called Riyaz after finding DR Heating NW on Google and he came out first thing the next morning. He and Zach performed thorough tests and found the actual source of the leak very quickly - something the previous guy had completely overlooked. They returned the next day and fixed it, and were really friendly and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and followed up in the days after to ensure all was well, and charged a very fair rate too, and only once we confirmed we were happy it was sorted. Brilliant service from Riyaz. I had a faulty kitchen tap & he was out the same day. The tap was replaced in no time and back in use

Contacted DR Heating as I had a radiator that was leaking, a few radiators that weren’t warming up at all and issues with the boiler, I rang DR Heating and arranged for them to came out straight away. Riyaz was very kind and professional, he explained what the issue was and kindly sorted the radiator/boiler issues. Reasonably priced, Fantastic service, highly recommended and would definitely use again!!!!!
