Michael fitted my new boiler today….amazing service, great price, so clean and tidy and a great trustworthy guy. The whole process from the incredibly prompt quote through to the installation and guiding me through how to programme my new boiler was better than I could have ever imagined! I can’t hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing and heating job and am so grateful he was recommended to me! 🙂

Had a heated towel rail fitted. They were brilliant from start to finish- kept me updated as to when it could be done. They did a great job, were prompt, professional and knowledgeable and left no mess. I would certainly recommend them and have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

I contacted Steve and he managed to create an appointment for me even though he was really busy, to check my mums boiler which was leaking. The boiler was 20 years old so had definitely seen better days. Steve quoted me a great price & my mum had a new boiler fitted within a week by Steve & Josh. What I liked was Steve quoted me for the boiler based on my mums house size not something ridiculous. I didn’t personally meet them but spoke to Steve on the phone a few times and he was great. My mum said they were both lovely & helpful & cleaned up after themselves too. My mum is so happy with the new boiler she now wants them back to install a new radiator in the kitchen. Had a leak in the bathroom. Adnaan came pretty much immediately with the necessary replacement parts, fixed the leak in no time. He knows what he’s doing, is a professional and tidy. Go to plumbing guy, highly recommended.

Had a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling and it was tripping the electricity. Contacted Adnan, he was honest about his availability and when he came he identified where the leak was underneath the bath tub. He fixed the Leak and also replaced the parts for a reasonable price He is very professional and also gave advice about our bathroom pipes. I would recommend him anytime Elton M.

Robert is an outstanding plumber. He's always so pleasant to have in the house, does a great job, and goes the extra mile to ensure you’re happy and the place is immaculate afterwards. His prices are fair and reflect the time and effort he puts into the job. On this occasion, he fixed a boiler leak at late notice, and managed to sort it plus a few extra bits very quickly. John came very quick to replace our kitchen tap, and his price for the job was very reasonable and we would highly recommend him.

Called at almost 5pm when some DIY resulted in a leak behind a radiator. Without hesitation he said he would head right over. Absolutely amazing gentleman. Mum called Joe early evening and he came out the following morning. Was supposed to be just a quick leak under the sink, and it turned out to be a couple of hours work. He was wonderfully patient and understanding and did just an outstanding job. Also, he was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

The two people who showed up to fix my leak in my garden couldn’t have been more professional and polite. They turned up on time and were very polite upon arrival. They talked me through everything they were going to be doing, ensured that there was going to be no mess and that the leak would be fixed. They fixed the leak in a timely manner and charged a very reasonable price. I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family and will be using again if anything goes wrong. However it shouldn’t as they seemed to do such a great job!

I rang at around 5pm on Monday evening and the person who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. I explained my current situation of the stop tap in my garden being blocked up. This meant I was unable to turn my water off for a plumber coming the next day. Because of my situation, they said they would come to me that night to clean out my stop tap chamber. They came to fix it shortly after our phone call and even stayed after the closing time of the business to ensure the job was done properly. They were polite and made sure I understood what they was doing before starting the job.The price was extremely reasonable and I will certainly be recommending them to any friends and family!
