Wow, what can I say about Jim?! Fantastic person and superb workman. He's such a pleasure to have in your house. He became more like family! He was always keeping in touch before the job started and was happy to advise with materials etc. He kept us informed throughout, whatever work he did - every step of the way, he showed us and explained to us what he'd done. Jim is a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in his work. We had a full new bathroom fitted (completely different to our old one) and was so pleased that we chose Jim to do it, we couldn't of asked for a better job. Couldn't recommend Jim any more, best workman ever! Gets back to you (doesn't ignore you like some workmen) and is very punctual. Thanks Jim! Excellent company and service. We had mystery water stains appear on our sitting room ceiling and couldn’t work out where they’d come from. Phil very thoroughly checked the central heating runs, the bathrooms above, and the exterior wall and the window seals. He identified a defective window seal from a water test. He was polite, very capable and punctual. Costs were transparent and upfront. If you’ve wasted time and money on multiple plumbers, heating engineers and builders / roofers and not got to the bottom of your leaks, this is a much better approach. Highly recommended.

So glad I contacted Maystone about the damp problem in my house. Phil turned up on time and did a very thorough investigation. He clearly knew his stuff & was happy to share his knowledge. Later the same day, Nick emailed a report which clearly outlined the remedial action I needed to take. A pleasure to deal with & happy to recommend.

I am so happy with the service I received from Murtaza. He explained what was wrong and what he’d done to fix my boiler. He gave me some really sound advice in relation to my boiler and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again myself. Thanks so much!

New boiler and radiators fitted after old boiler failed. Murtaza has been back since and carried out the yearly service of the boiler and also fitted a new tap. Great service and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Taz is fantastic! 8.30pm on a Saturday was no trouble for him. New connect from the Hive to the fuse switch, new fuse switch, new flex pipe from the boiler to water inlet pipe and new valve with additional breaker. Cannot praise him and his work enough. Not to mention the price! Not worth paying the insurance excess!! Very polite, extremely knowledgeable and thorough and even more good news a local business!! A great job, well done, thanks Taz!

We had a burst water pipe at 1am. Having Google searched for an emergency plumber and calling a few companies who wanted to charge extortionate call out fees, we fortunately came across this company who listened to me, gave amazing advice whilst on the call and was at the property incredibly fast. Josh was professional from start to finish and even managed to get two tiles off without causing any damage along with fixing the issue. Highly recommend

Josh arrived on time on a Saturday morning, cleared our drain and gave us a reasonable estimate of how much further work would cost. We asked about another item that was worrying us but he reassured us there was no problem. Would recommend him if you have any issues with drains.

Amazing service from Sam and James. I rang early morning desperate for help after my boiler wasn’t working. Although they weren’t able to come out to me, I was asked to take photos and, via Sam, James was able to see straight away it was luckily a quick fix and Sam talked me through it over the phone. Fantastic service. James came out incredibly quickly to come fix our faulty boiler as we had no heating. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix it. This is the 2nd time he has done for work for us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Absolutely fantastic service. We’ve had to have a new boiler fitted and these guys came, advised us of the best options and got it sorted asap. We are so pleased with the whole process and they made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left.

Great work from Darren and his team. We reported a water leak from our bathroom tap they sent out there emergency plumber to replace the washer all was sorted in the first visit. We will be using again for any plumbing issues we face at our house.

We called for a emergency plumber to help us with a leaking outside tap the issue was sorted very promptly and we will be using again if we run into any more issue.If you give these guys a call you will not be dissapointed.

Had a very good experience with these guys after our water tank overflowed. Called them at Midday, plumber arrived by 3pm job finished by 3.30pm. Payments all handled by their office very efficiently and for same day service it was a reasonable price to be honest. Would recommend.
