We recently had a new radiator installed by Dan, and we are so so pleased with the service. The job was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was done neatly, with no mess left behind, and the radiator looks great. He even helped to scrap the old one. The price was very reasonable for the work involved, and communication throughout the process was clear and professional. We would highly recommend Dan for anyone looking for reliable and affordable plumbing services.😊😊

Dan and Chris came to do a 'mini' bathroom conversion for us. We wanted to change our bath (second photo) to a shower+bath combi (first photo). It's a small job that I struggled to find anyone to do for. A lot of people I contacted either did not bother to reply to my call/message, or promised a quote but never turned up. Dan gave the best price among all quotes I had, and came on a Sunday to finish the job to a high standard. Really pleased with their work and they are very nice chaps too! Will definitely use them again in the future. I would highly recommend!

Excellent company and service. We had mystery water stains appear on our sitting room ceiling and couldn’t work out where they’d come from. Phil very thoroughly checked the central heating runs, the bathrooms above, and the exterior wall and the window seals. He identified a defective window seal from a water test. He was polite, very capable and punctual. Costs were transparent and upfront. If you’ve wasted time and money on multiple plumbers, heating engineers and builders / roofers and not got to the bottom of your leaks, this is a much better approach. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

After two engineers from my heating insurance company failed to fix my boiler I came across Chris Harvey Plumbing and Heating. From the initial conversation with Chris I felt reassured and confident that he knew what he was talking about. I felt heard and understood and he explained calmly what he thought the problem might be and his colleague - Jamie, came out promptly. Jamie was polite, friendly, well presented and covid aware wearing correct p.p.e. He explained why I had been getting the problems with my the boiler - in layman's terms - plus handy tips to help me understand the boiler going forward. Jamie located and fixed the fault within 20 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. He even reassured me that the boiler did not require a further procedure ( which one of the other gas engineers had said was urgent! and would have cost me £300!) I can’t recommend Chris and Jamie highly enough. They are a decent, honest hardworking team who really know their stuff! At long last I know my boiler is in safe hands, which is very reassuring. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many thanks to you both.

Gas boiler broke down on New Years Eve. Chris Harvey responded immediately, and after changing a part in the boiler had the central heating system working within the hour. Excellent service at a fair price and would recommend.

When my boiler stopped working I was lucky enough to call Chris first. He fixed it initially, but it was on its last legs and gave up the ghost soon after. Chris then fitted a new boiler and a couple of radiators, and throughout was great to work with. Highly recommended, would give more stars if possible!

Robin has just completed a refurb of our bathroom. Very pleased with the work he has undertaken and can highly recommend. He kept me fully informed at all times which was much appreciated. Robin was very friendly and pleasant.

Great Service. throughout the project Robin was very responsive. Always answered any messages or queries promptly. Never had to chase him (which seems the norm now with most trades). We are very happy with the 2 bathrooms he has fitted. The end result is great. He has a wealth of experience for which there is no substitute. Does all of his own plastering and tiling and therefore not relying on other tradesmen. Would definitely use Robin again and would recommend.

Mark is polite, honest, experienced and extremely tidy. Mark was able to quickly stop a leak from under my newly fitted bath, rejigger all the pipe work and fit a replacement radiator without any fuss at a very competitive price. After being messed around by an experienced local bathroom fitter Mark was available at very short notice to save the day...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark, I couldn't be more delighted with his work. Monkey Wrench plumbing services were extremely helpful from my first phone call. I needed a replacement shower but I wasn't quite sure what type so Mark came over to have a look. He worked out what was needed and promptly popped out to purchase a new shower (at a discount price) and replace our old broken one. He did a lovely, neat job and left no mess.
