After recommendation to come to Albany, we could'nt be happier, our jack, Rosie, see's Jim(vet) and has built up a trust with her, in fact due to Jim's very quick referral to the eye vet, they were able to save her sight, very professional, he did'nt dilly dally saying try this try that, he gave me good clear opinion and choice, gladly recommend, please please please, get insurance, eye surgery is not cheap, thank you Jim and Albany.

Excellent service and knowledge our frenchie went into labour out of hours she was seen within the hour all 9 pups safe and sound even had to take a pup back few days later and care and advice given was great highly recommend this practice

Used for the first time in emergency, extremely knowledgeable vet, surgery and stitches extremely neat, dog recovered extremely well from anesthetic honestly can not fault anything, fantastic service
