As usual Garry was amazing. The ongoing consultations are as caring and thorough as always. I feel confident that Alfie is getting all the treatments he needs to ease and control his illness. The staff are also brilliant from nurses to reception, always professional, very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Staff always very friendly and ask how visit went and if everything OK. They talked to my dog and asked if they could give him a treat. Alway helpful and kind. I previously had 2 dogs that had to be put to sleep, they were so considerate.

Sydney and Stanley love their trips to Wendy's. All the staff are lovely and very caring. I would highly recommend here.

I just want to say a big thank you to the veterinary nurse Rebecca this morning. She was lovely towards me and my cat. She made me feel at ease because I get so worked up because my cat doesn’t like going and getting her treatments. Another big thank you to all the staff, you all do a great job! Fantastic surgery, my partner took our beloved boy Percy here yesterday for an emergency visit due to a hole in his chest area, from the moment they walked in they were greeted by a lovely women on reception who automatically made them feel safe and secure, and the vet was fantastic, we were really scared that yesterday was going to be Percy’s last day but it wasn’t and that is thanks to the amazing team here at Wendy’s vets Heywood, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly / caring vets please use Wendy’s as it seems to be one off very few who care about the animals from The moment you walk in so thank you again we appreciate everything you did 🙏

Wendy Lane have been fantastic with my anxious rescue dog. They have bent over backwards to do everything they could to help. Add to that their charges are amazing in comparison to other local vets. I can’t say enough good things about them. Just a big thank you.

Following a long history of using Jackson and Nuttall's services in Middleton, we transitioned to Valentines when they acquired the practice. Our appointment at Valentines Castleton was scheduled at a time convenient for us. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and fresh atmosphere. The staff were all delightful and professional. Alfie enjoyed his appointment; I don't believe he even noticed the injection.

Been using Valentine's vets for the best part of 30 years. Never been disappointed. Very caring with our dog when he goes for his check ups. Would definitely recommend.

I honestly can’t imagine there’s a better vets out there. The whole team at Castleton have been out of this world. Most of the time a vets is ‘just a vets’ but when it counts and your fur baby needs help these guys go wayyyy above and beyond. I was unfortunately in a position where my dog was chronically unwell. They worked around the clock to think of solutions and make sure she was getting the help she needed. The best part though is how at ease my dog always was and still is going here, the amount of love and care this whole team put into her was outstanding, I felt at ease leaving her in there care knowing they would do their absolute best. They made me feel supported, no question was a silly one and they explained things in a way I understood. I can tell from the numerous times I’ve been here that the whole team love their job and that shines through. I can’t thank this vets enough for how they treated myself and my lovely Ember. We’ve still got a bit of a road left to travel to get her to full health but I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend this vets. When it counts, they really do go above and beyond in every way and I trust them wholeheartedly!

Really good, let me in at short notice. The problem here is parking as the Vets spaces are used by customers of the busy chippy next door.

My elderly labrador ‘Jacob’ has been under the care of the incredible team at Valley vetcare for over 12 months now. I feel very privileged to have their support. Jacob had ?melanoma removed from his cheek earlier this year. Vince went above and beyond to ensure the whole tumour was removed to give Jacob his best possible chance to beat this disease. His surgical wound was so neat and professional. I had every faith that my boy was in the best possible hands. Each vet we have seen since have been kind and empathetic to both myself and my boy. Always approachable very competent. There is a very pleasant, clean and friendly environment in the waiting room. There are Informative display boards appropriate to seasonal and relevant topics regarding pet care to look at whilst waiting. The practice in general seems to run in a very well organised way. Staff appear happy in their roles and very pleasant and efficient when dealing with the clients. Jacob is always sure to get a fuss whenever the staff get an opportunity, he actually loves his visits! Thankyou to all the team! You do a fabulous job Caroline Eastwood

Absolutely amazing practice! Always thought they were great but realised more so since having a dog who is anxious at vet visits. Every member of staff from receptionists to vet nurses through to the vets are so reassuring and kind. Can't thank you all enough for how patient you have been and how much time you have spent to build my girls trust.

Valley vet care have been amazing with both my dogs! My oldest dog has been coming to valley vet care since I got him almost 11 years ago. The vets are amazing with them both and when Bruno was unwell as a pup they help us get him back to the prefect crazy pup he is!! Receptionist are wonderful and always remember Buddy as soon as I mention his name or bring him in! Thank you all so much!

These people really care for your pet! It’s a simple as that! My dog is so nervous and hates anyone examining her to the point one vet elsewhere said they would have to sedate her to examine her anyway…. She has allowed all the ladies here to examine her mouth, shave her, take blood and give her 4 separate injection…. Animals do sense when people care! Happy to say my little Tina is on the mend and at the ripe age of 14 we thought that she wouldn’t come out of this with a happy ending so thank you! I will add these do not charge the earth in fact I thought I was under charged until I saw the break down bill! Just amazing all round! 🐶

This place has been fantastic staff amazing couldn’t of taken my dog to a better vets. She’s on the mend. Thanks great prices on treatment but would give my arm and leg for my dog but this place doesn’t charge that.

Our beautiful 10 year old german shepherd passed away Monday night. She had been under the care of here since being a puppy. In 2018 we found out she had a condition that would be life long. We were supported the whole way through this. She was an anxious dog that had nervous aggression and the vets were always accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure we could do what was best for our dog. Special mention to Dermot for all his help over the years and to Chelsea who was involved in the last months of tess’s life. You treated her with such compassion and always put her well being first. We received a card this afternoon from Chelsea and the team who sent their condolences. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. This is really hard for us. She meant everything to us but I can say I know she got the best care and her well being was always top priority. Love Becky and lee faulkner

I’ve been with Regans Vets for 15yrs and found everyone of the vets caring and professional but most importantly very engaging with pets and owners. Everyone complains about vet fees but when you think about years of training and dedication in the field of vets and animal health it’s understandable but you do have options to use other vets and go online with prescriptions. I owe my vets especially Chelsea and Dermot from the Avenue vets for there care and compassion my pets and ourself have received. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely caring and helpful staff, when our puppy was really sick they went above and beyond to take care of him and he is now a strapping 2 year old
