The staff at Briar Dawn are truly amazing. The receptionists are beyond lovely; they always make you feel welcome and make a fuss of your loved ones. I visited regularly with my dog Star, and I truly believe the staff who knew her cared for her just as much as I did; they were always so amazing with her. Our vet, who saw Star regularly, would always ask how my rabbits were getting along, which shows what a caring and special person she truly is ❤️When the time came to say goodbye to Star, she gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and I feel so fortunate that we were able to have a positive experience during such a difficult time. Thank you for the amazing work you all do at Briar Dawn.

My cat who is nervous unfortunately had to have some dental procedures done, we received detailed information, explanation and quotation for the procedures and the team were brilliant with her. She came home with her meds and with a bravery certificate and stickers 😆. The reception team are brilliant even when it's particularly busy and they're under pressure. We also received a reassurance call on the day as to how cat was doing and what time to collect her. The discharge appointment was thorough and we were given full aftercare instructions. Thanks for all your help.

Great Vets!! Very friendly people!! Took care of my dog Riley when he was sick and helped him be in a lot less pain in his final months (dog in picture isn't dead just sleeping)

These Vets are brilliant with my dog Bella! Bella likes coming to them because she gets loads of fuss and attention. Great vets, great treatment and great pet health plans! Would definitely recommend.

Everytime I take my Dog, Mabel into the vets the service is second to none, the vets are caring, take time to explain and clearly show a genuine passion and interest in your pets wellbeing. The pet plan works exactly as it should, flea and worm treatments are always ready for collection when I order them online, and if one branch is closed you can be directed to another one and all your records etc. are there.

We’ve been using this vets now since we adopted our dog 10 years ago . It’s however only recently that we have needed them so much. Their care for animals is amazing. How helpful they are and understanding. The colleagues on reception are always helpful. Every vet we’ve seen have always given us great advice and nothing is a shock.

Usually we go to Hyde who are amazing but I had my to take my dog Brian to Droylsden to be seen at short notice for an end of life assessment 2 weeks ago. The receptionists were so caring and the vet James Thomas was absolutely amazing. He is a real credit to the vetinary clinic. He was supportive, caring and took his time, you feel so guilty and awful making the decision. Unfortunately it was best for Brian to put him to sleep. Even picking up Brian's ashes the receptionists were so caring. Would definitely recommend this vets.

Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. One woman family business so not tied to any of the big corporate groups which means much fairer pricing and most importantly the very best care and treatment for your furry friends. 💯 excellent!

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

Came here with our little dog Morris. The advice and support we received was amazing! Really put our minds at rest. We were so concerned about his legs but now having the proper advice and a plan going forward we're very relieved. Finley has been seen at MVS for around 9 month and just had his left hip replaced by Steve and Ben. Everyone at Mvs is lovely and so helpful ! I felt so comfortable leaving my dog there knowing he is in such good hands. The nurse that admitted him and discharged him was amazing she talked through everything and was so friendly (I think she was called Charlie). Such lovely caring staff, from the minute you need to make call and arrive with the reception team, to the surgeons, nurses and support team. Everyone is so kind and patient with both their patients and worried owners. Dottie has had a total hip replacement and awaiting for her next to be done and the care they have shown her is beyond phenomenal. Couldn't recommend them enough.

After 16 weeks weeks we have finally had the all clear. Every member of staff at Manchester Veterinary Specialists have treated me my wife and Zeus amazingly, keeping us constantly updated, offering reassurance and always ensuring Zeus is as happy as possible under the circumstances. Zeus hyper extended his ligaments and required pancarpal arthrodesis using plates and bone grafts. We knew it was a big operation but the pre and post care Zeus received was exceptional. The post care routine was well planned out and the staff were always on hand to answer questions if we had any. Zeus is now mostly recovered and after today’s final scan he can finally get back to bigger walks and zoomies. I think it is also worth noting that we found the pricing to be very fair with absolutely no added extras or surprises, the whole pricing structure was discussed on day one and included everything both pre and post operation. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated care provided to our cat Miumiu by the team of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre and especially Dr. Nikoleta. Throughout a difficult time, they went above and beyond to ensure Miumiu received the best care while offering us support. Every interaction with the clinic showed their genuine care for both pets and their families.

New to the area, and needed to find a vets to support my cats health. After registering online, and booking an appointment, I was worried I would need to wait a week as per the booking system. I called to veterinary and spoke to the reception who were very warm and welcoming, I explained my cat’s symptoms, thankfully they managed to book an appointment for the same day. On arrival all staff were super friendly, and I walked away reassured my cat had received the best care. Would highly recommend this practise.

This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.

I took my beloved cat into Southfields last Wednesday the 8th, thinking she was a bit under the weather. Sadly she had to be admitted to Woodcroft as she was seriously ill. Once again Southfields were amazing, the live, care and compassion as well as expertise they offer is second the none.

Amazing experience - after struggling with our last vets we came in for our cat to get her claws trimmed and the nurse ( completely forgot her name so sorry) was incredible. Patient and listened to our worries and our little scruffy cat is all better now.

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

My cat Matty was hit by a car and brought here by a very kind member of the public, but unfortunately he had already passed on. I was contacted by one of the team here and shown so much kindness and compassion. The team helped me with organising his cremation and let me stay in the room with him for as long as I wanted. I was then able to take his body away which was such a relief as I didn't want him to be alone anymore. Thank you Medivet, particularly to the lady on the phone who had just worked the night shift but stayed to comfort me in the room for while. Your kindness was so appreciated.

My dog is registered here. Fantastic service. Highly recommended because it's 24/7, whether to take appointments or emergency. All in one service🙂. Recently, my dog was unwell. Made a call, booked urgent appointments, treatment was done, and registration as well. The best place for your pets safety. My dog name is Toby Fox, and he is 4 years old.

They cared about my cats. I booked an appointment on line (2 of them back to back) for my two kittens 6 month check. This was very easy to do. Unfortunately apparently a vet needs to do this and the on line booking, only booked the nurse. It wasn't a problem as I just re-booked over the phone. But maybe somehow integrating what appointment (there were options for this on the booking form) type to the correct person to see would be of use.

Had to use as an out of hour emergency from my own vets to have my dog put to sleep and they were amazing everyone especially the vet she was so nice and understood my grief and amazing with my dog so caring it was the most calm and peaceful send off I could have asked for him thank you so so much! Definitely would use them if I have another pet someday.
