Thank you for fitting my Ragdoll in this morning. Elpeada looked after her and she was absolutely outstanding. Best vet doctor I have met. Not only was she down to earth she explained everything clearly and picked up on my emotions and cared enough to ensure a complete job to satisfaction. I will only deal with Elpeada from now on and if she goes I will follow her.

Booked same day to see the vet for a second opinion on our doggies diagnosis. Staff and the Vet were excellent and very sympathetic. We would definitely recommend this place.

Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.

Absolutely amazing Vets. Took my wee boy Prince there this morning at the ripe old age of 16. We had to make the tuff decsion to put him to sleep due to heart failure. I cannot thank the staff enough. They were so kind gentle and understanding. They treated my boy with love, respect and the dignity he deserves. They gave me sometime with him after he passed and made the whole process slightly easier. Thank you so much

We've used Armac for over 30 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Gus and his team are amazing, our boy has had two cruciate operations and is now on permanent medication for heart failure, we will always be grateful for their dedication and care of cookie.

Pudding , is a darking dashshund , and all the vets there really help to make sure she don't stress out and she is help , thank you for all your caring work brilliant

Visited Armac for puppy vaccination vet was very thorough in his examination of pup and took his time to make the pups first experience of the practise a good one . Reception staff also very friendly

Great vet. Very calm and kind with the Mother-in-law's timid Yorkshire Terrier. She didn't even flinch when she had her annual injection. Thanks very much.

Usually friendly, kind staff. Bit of a pain to get upstairs, there is a lift but it's a daunting one so I don't use it. Waiting room is quite small so it's a worry if another dog is there as mine is reactive, especially as the groomers is also up there. It does feel quite nice and open though. The owner is very nice.

Excellent all around. The reception staff are friendly and fantastic at what they do - informative and deal with the insurance claims on every visit. Vet Helen is absolutely briliant with our dog, and her approach to resolving our dog's ear infection and allergies has been spot on so far. After being to two other Vet clinics over the last 2 years, this is by far the best. Everything you'd hope to find at clinic for your loving pet - friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable and informative, with a clear plan of action. Thank you.

My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Thank you so much for helping him!

I cannot thank willows veterinary group enough! I lost my 3 year old cat to underlining problems. All the staff went out of their way to send me her ashes and her paw prints. This is the best veterinary for your animal!

My boy Stevie (bsh cat) was neutered here this week, from start to finish Regans have been fantastic. Stevie is now recovering at home well, minus hating his cone! I couldn’t have asked for better for us both! Felt so reassured, and guided through the process. Thank you, from me & Stevie!x

I am extremely happy that I have changed to Regans Vets. The reception team were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail regarding The Healthy Pet Club. Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. I feel confident that my cat is in good hands now and he will receive the best treatment and care he deserves.

Fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff. The care given to us last week when 1 of our cats suddenly fell ill was outstanding. He was seen immediately, given all the care and attention needed, but unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The vet we saw was so caring and compassionate at an extremely difficult time for us, we did not feel rushed during our last moments with him at all. Thank you Bury Road vets, we miss Rocket terribly and appreciate the little surprise card with his paw print received through the post today.

I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.

I came across a young lady who examined my dog ​​very attentively, explained to me about allergies, advised me every time, I would come with great pleasure, I recommend from with all my heart, compared to other vets, I swear with my hand on my heart, she is No. 1

After registering our new kitten, which was very easy & made helpful by the staff, we unfortunately had to take him in due to not eating. I can’t thank everyone enough for their help & advice. So glad we chose these to look after our kittens well-being. Would highly recommend these guys.

Easy to book appointments and the vet was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. She treated my cats with care and gave me some advice on something I was worried about. She even talked about her own pets which was lovely to hear.

I have always found this practice from reception to seeing the vet an excellent, friendly and helpful service. My cat would report differently if she could. She completely ignores me for hours after. Ha ha

Mike who is the senior vet here is always responsive, clear and concise when it comes to explaining what the condition/treatment is. The nurses always look after our 11 year old chihuahua when he has to be admitted and thanks to keelie for making him feel safe and comfortable this week It would be great if the practice was open during weekends too hence the 4 star rather than 5
