“Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the outstanding care you provided to our handsome boy, Dante. Unfortunately we had to send him for his forever sleep on Friday after his illness took hold quite quickly and nothing more could be done for him. It has completely devastated us 😢 We know you did everything you could for him and always made him (and us) very comfortable. “These people really care for your pet! It’s a simple as that! My dog is so nervous and hates anyone examining her to the point one vet elsewhere said they would have to sedate her to examine her anyway…. She has allowed all the ladies here to examine her mouth, shave her, take blood and give her 4 separate injection…. Animals do sense when people care! Happy to say my little Tina is on the mend and at the ripe age of 14 we thought that she wouldn’t come out of this with a happy ending so thank you! I will add these do not charge the earth in fact I thought I was under charged until I saw the break down bill! Just amazing all round! 🐶”

“Fantastic surgery, my partner took our beloved boy Percy here yesterday for an emergency visit due to a hole in his chest area, from the moment they walked in they were greeted by a lovely women on reception who automatically made them feel safe and secure, and the vet was fantastic, we were really scared that yesterday was going to be Percy’s last day but it wasn’t and that is thanks to the amazing team here at Wendy’s vets Heywood, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly / caring vets please use Wendy’s as it seems to be one off very few who care about the animals from The moment you walk in so thank you again we appreciate everything you did 🙏”

“My elderly labrador ‘Jacob’ has been under the care of the incredible team at Valley vetcare for over 12 months now. I feel very privileged to have their support. Jacob had ?melanoma removed from his cheek earlier this year. Vince went above and beyond to ensure the whole tumour was removed to give Jacob his best possible chance to beat this disease. His surgical wound was so neat and professional. I had every faith that my boy was in the best possible hands. Each vet we have seen since have been kind and empathetic to both myself and my boy. Always approachable very competent. There is a very pleasant, clean and friendly environment in the waiting room. There are Informative display boards appropriate to seasonal and relevant topics regarding pet care to look at whilst waiting. The practice in general seems to run in a very well organised way. Staff appear happy in their roles and very pleasant and efficient when dealing with the clients.
