The team we’re extremely polite, friendly and professional. We had all the carpets cleaned throughout the house and also the conservatory chairs. The lounge has come up amazing, but best of all is the stairs and bedroom carpets have come up like new. We were going to replace them but now there is no need to We are extremely pleased and cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks guys!

Nick did a brilliant job on all of my floors. I have a mastiff and he even managed to get all of the oil out of the carpet where my boy lies at the bottom of the stairs. My tile floor looked brand new and the light grew grout was back again. Booking him every 12 weeks ! Thank you for providing a service that finally does what it says on the tin!

Karl did a tremendous job cleaning my conservatory in Oldham, it looks brand new! He also redid the mastic around the outside. The work was completed to a really high standard and was great value for money. I’ll definitely be using BrightWhite again

Excellent - Highly recommended. Reliable turned up on the agreed day. Cleaned gutters & rejoined one that had come apart with the recent strong winds. Sent me a before & after pics & videos of the job. Its very hard to come by an honest tradesman now days that offer an excellent service at a great price. Been messed around by a local window cleaner to do the same job but didnt seem interested. There is no need to shop around they get the job done. I could be here a while, stick with me... Booked 'Never Bin Greener' in to come and do a garden tidy for me when it became too much for me to handle (read: I dislike gardening with a passion and let it get too over grown). Dropped a WhatsApp with some pictures and what I wanted doing, and was given a price for a full day's work. Cost agreed, we booked a slot to have it done, which was within a couple of weeks. The guys arrived bright, breezy and on time on a Sunday morning that was wet even by British summer standards. The back yard and drive were weeded, at my request the overgrown corner bed pulled out fully, weeds removed from all along the exterior wall and front path, lawn trimmed, hedges cut back and then all paving power washed. They even removed all the green waste so I didn't have to deal with it. They had checked in a couple times through the nearly 8 consistently rain filled hours they were here, but still walked me round the finished work to make sure I was happy with it before they left. If I could give more stars as a rating I would, in fact I'd do it just for their effort alone! TL:DR - Great communication all the way through booking and work, top quality finished product, all done with genuine customer care. Get them booked, they're worth every penny!

Really simple booking process and very happy with the service... Super friendly cleaner, great communication, and thorough cleaning. Plus, the willingness to nip by and see the house, prior to cleaning (something other firms haven't done before), meant that we could talk in person & show Mark, the cleaner we were assigned, specifically what we wanted. Would happily use again.

We just had a one off deep clean done from Diamond Home Support. Made initial contact via email and they were really helpful. Michael I think he was called. Then he arranged for Adam to come out and meet us and have a quick walk through of the house. Both these gents were highly professional and explained things to me well. They very quickly arranged for our deep clean and I was grateful because with the number of households they work for I was hoping we wouldn’t have a long wait. And we didn’t. Our cleaner was called Mark and he worked incredibly hard. He instantly made us feel comfortable with him and we were really pleased. I don’t want someone to clean for me and it feel like I could do it myself. I want someone who makes me walk in and think wow they’ve been amazing. Mark definitely delivered on this. So much so that we’ve asked for a regular fortnightly clean from him. As a full time working mum the house had got on top of me so much and it was making me feel less than happy at home. Mark instantly lifted that mood. My husband is notoriously difficult to impress and he hasn’t shut up about how great the house looks. We would definitely recommend

We first approached Diamond Home Support Rochdale approx. 4 years ago. It was to help my elderly parents out that live in Rochdale with a regular weekly cleaning service. Within a week they appointed my parents with one of their cleaners. Julie came for a couple of hours every Thursday. As well as cleaning, Julie used to change their bedding every other visit and also used to help my mum with the laundry. Unfortunately after just over a year Julie has to stop working due to health reasons. Diamond Home Support replaced Julie with a lovely lady called Sarah. Sarah has been looking after my parents cleaning needs for the last 3 years. She is just as good as Julie was and my parents are more than happy with the service she provides. She is always punctual and is trusted with the keysafe code for the times my parents aren’t at home if they have a hospital appointment etc.
