Really easy process to get set up, quickly matched with a cleaner. All staff friendly and helpful. Emma our cleaner is lovely and in a few hours made my formerly slightly grubby kitchen (thanks to our muddy dog) lovely and shiny again!

One Less Thing provided us with a great service. We booked a one-off deep clean of our house and overall we are really happy with the results. The cleaner was fantastic and very friendly. She listened to our needs and followed through on what we asked for, and she was very professional throughout the clean. Our house looks better than it has in years! Great service by the guys who came to clean our home.. it was definitely left spick and span.. I am surprised to see the response from the estate agents who mentioned that house is left very very clean.. Stan, Tedi and Albena did a fantastic top to bottom deep clean of my new house, leaving everything immaculate! The oven looks brand new, all the carpets were steam cleaned well and even mold in the bathroom got tackled well. The service was very quick and professional, thank you!

Team was extremely organised, quick, friendly, respectful and adaptable. They were also great at advising on cleaning certain areas and were careful to make sure they weren't damaging certain materials. I did notice they had missed a few spots - that was no problem for them, they came back and addressed them for no extra charge.

I had Bill and his team out today to give my stairs, landing and 3 bedroom carpets a clean. First of all, Bill is a very honest, genuine bloke, very knowledgeable and informative. The carpets came up like brand new and the work was done without any disruption. I can not recommend Bill enough and will definitely be using his services again, 👍.

Bill is a very unique service, he is very honest, professional and friendly. His work ethic is impeccable! He cleaned every inch of my double oven, taking everything apart to ensure a thorough clean.he replaced all parts and polished everything in sight. He is extremely clean. There's no odour at all with the products he used and cleaned up after himself. He is a perfectionist, for sure! What can I say, I couldn't be happier with the end of tenancy cleaning today. Mike was early, which was great after waiting for movers for 2 hours previously. I hadn’t done this kind of thing before-let people come in and clean my house while I wasn’t t home, and I was nervous about doing it, but I gave it a go. Mike and his cleaners came in and cleaned my carpets-main bedroom, stairs/landing, then cleaned the rest of the house-living room, dinning room, kitchen, en-suite and downstairs toilet etc… Mike then text me when they had finished and I came home to a very deep cleaned house. They did an excellent job and I was very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable great service, who does a fantastic job.

Used Platinum 5 last week after our tenant left the home he rented a mess! Iv had not so great cleaners from other companies but Platinum 5 went above and beyond! Communication from day 1 was spot on, quick responses and detailed on what they’d do in the property. Communicated the day of arrival and time, professional team members and courteous staff. Triple checked we was happy with the standards before leaving, the home also smelt fresh again. They really outdid themselves. The cleaner Steven was also very polite and steam cleaned the bathroom well. Will be using again at next years end of tenancy!

I’m extremely pleased with the post-renovation deep cleaning service provided by Jack. He responded to my email promptly and did an outstanding job. He personally returned to inspect the work once it was completed. Although a few parts weren't cleaned properly by his staffs, he did the cleaning himself during the inspection to ensure everything was perfect. I made initial contact & Nichola called me and we arranged a suitable date & time for a viewing at my property. Nichola was on time , very friendly yet very professional with her wanting to know exactly what I wanted to be cleaned and what cleaning services could be provided. Notes were taken during looking in every room and deciding what was required and the following day a very realistic quote was provided for a deep clean. A time & date was then arranged. Nichola and 2 members of her staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. I can not find fault and would recommend without hesitation. I have had a quote (it was provided at the same time as for the deep clean) and once I have fully moved into my property I will be using Bright & Beautiful for a monthly clean. I have no hesitation in using the services for a monthly clean as I have seen 1st hand what a personal service they offer.
