I cannot thank choice tutoring enough for perfectly matching my son with his English tutor. I spoke in length with Jo Murphy before she chose my son’s tutor, which helped her decide who would be the best fit. Choice tutoring ( Kirstie) took my twins on several grades from mocks to GCSE French and Spanish. Great in person / at home tutoring. She was reliable and patient and gave them the confidence needed to tackle exam conditions . Highly recommended.

Choice Home Tutoring really made the difference as the tutors helped my son pass the 11+ exam and the entrance exam for Manchester Grammar School. At the beginning Jo made sure that we had a tutor that was compatible with our needs and as a result our son greatly benefitted from start to finish. I have found the tutors to be very amicable, knowledgeable and professional so I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have used Choice for Maths and English tuition for GCSE. From the outset, it felt as if care had been taken to understand our needs and match the tutor specifically to us. Working for the Tutor Trust as a primary school tutor has been the best experience. Helping underprivileged children build their confidence in English and Maths is just brilliant to see, and great to be a part of. The Tutor Trust is flexible work and fits perfectly round university studies. As well as being great in school experience if you are hoping to become a teacher one day! I’ve been working as a Secondary English Tutor at The Tutor Trust for nearly a year and it has been such a rewarding role. My daughter went to Chorlton tuition centre for her 11 plus preparation. She was well supported encouraged in her journey that led to her success in the exams. The teachers are all excellent . They get to know your child’s strength and weakness and give in-depth feedback after every session. I would highly recommend

My son has tuition with Kelly for extra support with his dyslexia. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on the subject, she endeavours to really get to understand your child and adapt lessons to suit their personality and learning style. She always has time to discuss your child and is always flexible and helpful. I can't recommend her enough!

I have been lucky enough to have the support of Impact for over three years now for my now 11 year old son and more recently, his younger brother. Kelly has been phenomenally successful in boosting both the confidence and attainment of both my boys in English and Maths. Kelly has such a warm and welcoming manner for children and parents alike. My son has been coming to Impact for the last couple of years. He had been to another local tutor previously but we didn’t get much from them. Impact have been brilliant! Riley has come on so much with his maths that he now rates it his favourite subject. I get lots of feedback from Kelly every week as to how he’s progressing & how hard he’s worked. My daughter has been tutored by Good success since age 8 for 11plus , she passed with flying colours and got admission to Loreto Grammar school. And then continued her tutorials through high school until GCSE again passed with several A* and then for A levels and UCAT . I am very pleased to say this is the final journey and she has passed and got admission to study medicine at the university of Newcastle. The Support has been extremely great each step of the way . My daughter started at First Class Learning in September and I have already seen a big improvement in her Maths and English skills. Harriet and the team are lovely and friendly and have made my daughter feel really welcome. She looks forward to her weekly sessions at the centre and is even keen to do her homework! During lockdown, sessions were done over Skype which also worked really well. I would definitely recommend First Class Learning.

I can’t thank FCL Swinton enough for the confidence they have brought back to my son’s learning. My son can get very distracted at school but FCL have put provisions in place to help him stay focused and enjoy his tutoring time without him feeling “tied” to his desk. He is now ahead for his learning in maths and his school teachers have commented on how much more positive his attitude to learning is since he started at FCL. I’m kept constantly up to date with his progress and I love that the tutors will happily give me support in helping my son’s learning at home. My son started with 11+ tutoring and now in year 9 has returned to Beyond for an English booster. The group sessions have really boosted his confidence and helped him to focus on his writing. We love BE so much my daughter has started in the phonics groups and her blending and reading has got so much better.
