My daughter has been attending maths & science tuition for about six months leading up to her GCSEs. She has massively improved in confidence & ability thanks to the tutors at 3Rs. Emily & Chris were both patient & knowledgeable in their subjects & gave me a weekly progress report. Communication with Marie & Simon was easy & prompt. I would definitely recommend & will book again if my other children need help in the future.

Garry has been tutoring my daughter in the lead up to her GCSE's and my son for his end of year exams, and they have both found the sessions to be very useful, and Garry's approach has been excellent for both of them. He has instilled in them a much higher level of self confidence and they are now able to tackle maths questions with a greater level of knowledge and confidence.

Helen's Achievers+ Programme was a fantastic experience for our son. He genuinely looked forward to the weekly online lessons, which were thoughtfully planned and perfectly balanced between maths and English. It was clear how much care and effort Helen put into each session, from the preparation of engaging resources to her constructive feedback on classwork and homework. What stood out the most was Helen’s warm and encouraging approach. She created a supportive atmosphere that really helped our son build confidence, especially in areas of English that he had found challenging before. He also loved the group setting, which gave him the chance to connect with his peers and learn from their contributions. We’re grateful to Helen for helping our son make great progress. My son started on the Achievers+ online programme last year. I’m really pleased with the results so far, I can see a tangible improvement in both ability and confidence. Learning materials are excellent, lessons are fun while maintaining a focus on learning objectives. Parent communication is great, my interactions with Helen coupled with the results I have seen so far give me the confidence that she really knows how to bring about the improvements I was hoping for when accessing additional tuition. My son has really enjoyed attending the online sessions for the 11 plus Accelerator programme. Each week there is a different topic that all the children learn. During the lessons everyone gets the opportunity to talk and ask questions. Helen provides informative and enjoyable lessons. Helen has been a fantastic tutor for my son and has provided him with the confidence and motivation to put in the hard work. I would highly recommend A star Tuition Group.

After months of trying out different tutors to help my son prepare for the 11+ exams , we came across Manchester Tutors. Abigail got back to us very quickly. We discussed what we needed and what I was looking for in a tutor. She reassured me that she will match my son with a suitable tutor for his needs which many tutor organisations fail to do. She matched our son with a tutor within 48hrs. Our tutor ( Christopher) is absoultly brilliant. He is very knowledgeable about 11+ which is hard to come across in my experience. The resources he uses are challenging which is needed for 11+ exams. After just 2 lessons, my son mentioned that he is the best tutor he has ever had ie ...the way he teaches he easily understands it . The tutors are excellent and very professional. Communication fantastic and responsive. My daughter has learnt so much in the past pew months. Kath and Graham are an absolute asset to those they teach ! Very student centred. They really relate to teens with ease. It has never been a chore for my daughter to attend each week. I have been using this institution for many years, starting with my eldest son who is now studying in University. I have then admitted my other two children in this institution and have seen a massive spike in their grades and attitude to learn in school. I have seen their grades improve and confidence grow when going to school. I contacted Geoff recently as I need support for my son in his final GCSE year in all three sciences. Never having used 'tutor agencies' before I was attracted to Ash Tutors as it seemed to be a little different - smaller and somehow more personal. On first contact I was very impressed with the detail to which Geoff went in assessing our needs in order to find the most appropriate tutor. Geoff put us in touch with Gemma whose approach is absolutely fantastic - super efficient, supportive and positive, going to a lot of trouble, initially and as an ongoing basis to understand our needs such that detailed learning plans are developed from a very informed perspective. She is massively enthusiastic for her subject and her teaching. Her teaching and learning strategies are engaging, fun and everything I associate with excellent teaching and a good student experience. I just wanted to thank Ash Tutors for the services in providing my daughter with English lesson. Rachel has been brilliant in building my daughter's confidence. I found the Crash Courses in maths and all sciences extremely helpful as not only did they help show any weakness in my understanding of the subjects, but the tutors did all they could to help me fully understand the topics. The fact that they provided a single day just to go through the entire specification for each subject was incredibly helpful and I do think that the time spent on the crash courses has helped me improve my understanding (and grades) in each subject.
