We enrolled our daughter in Kip McGrath (sale) just a month before her grammar school entrance exams, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Out of the five schools she applied to, she passed three—a remarkable achievement in such a short time, and we owe it to the dedicated and effective teaching at this institute. Sir Ashfaque Saleem is very knowledgeable, supportive, and clearly experienced in preparing students for grammar school exams.

My son joined Kip McGrath since Year 4. He could not catch up on English at that time as English is not his first language. He enjoyed the lessons. The staff are very accommodating and understanding. The lessons are well structured and work on areas that each child needs. My son improved a lot on both English and Maths. I'm extremely proud of what he accomplished and can happily say it's due to the help of Kip McGrath.

Assessment Experience We recently took our son to Kip McGrath (Eastway, Sale) for an initial assessment, and I have nothing but positive feedback to share. 1. The centre is aesthetically pleasing and offers a welcoming environment conducive to learning. 2. Ash, who assisted us during the assessment, was highly professional, attentive, clear, and welcoming. We immediately felt we were in capable hands. He interacted wonderfully with our son, displaying encouragement and curiosity. It was evident that they genuinely care about their students, leaving us with a very positive first impression. 3. The instructions provided were clear, well-organised, and concise. We understood the entire process and felt well-informed throughout. 4. We appreciated the complimentary coffee from the neighboring establishment. 5. We were extremely pleased with our son's assessment results. Ash delivered the feedback in a positive and reassuring manner, clearly demonstrating his investment in our son's progress. To our surprise, we learned that our child does not currently require tutoring, and we greatly appreciated the honest and straightforward approach without any pressure to engage further. Ash’s integrity in this situation was commendable, and we valued it greatly. We would certainly consider Kip McGrath for future needs. My son is eager to return, and while we have decided to hold off on tutoring for now to save money, we feel confident that we have not been misled. Overall, it was a truly positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Kip McGrath.

Having missed quite a lot of school through illness, our daughter had some significant knowledge gaps at A level Maths. Matt has been fantastic at identifying these, helping her to catch up and building her confidence. We're really pleased with the progress she is making and her grades are now improving. Matt is very friendly, flexible and great at keeping us informed - couldn't recommend him more highly!

Matt has been tutoring our son for a few months now. Each week, he arrives at our home on time and fully prepared. He has connected with our son by getting to know his interests and has tailored a personalised learning approach. Our son is currently in Year 10. He has always struggled with maths, showing little interest in the subject. However, in the short time that Matt has been working with him, we are already seeing improvements in his understanding. He has even mentioned his enjoyment of lessons in school. With Matt's support we believe he will meet his full potential and do well at GCSE.

My daughter attended the autumn creative writing workshop with Jo and really enjoyed it. Jo has a really lovely manner with the children and is able to impart invaluable information in a fun and interactive manner. Marie & Simon were fantastic in reviewing our son’s goals and current level of attainment in respect to changing from sitting GCSEs in the U.K. to international GCSEs overseas. As we relocated overseas a comprehensive program of remote one to one tutoring was set up and continued to support our son to be fully prepared for his exams. My daughter Hollie has attended for the past 14 weeks and she’s enjoyed every second of it. She’s more confident going into her maths exam and feels like she’s benefited from Simon’s instruction. I guess we will see on results day but she’s much stronger in this subject. The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful in every way helping Hollie become the person she wants to be. I was initially worried that my son was falling behind in school, but after enrolling him in Kip, I noticed remarkable improvements. He is more confident in his abilities and tackles his homework with greater determination. My daughter has been having online tutoring sessions with Chris for the past 3 months to prepare her for her upcoming GCSEs. I can’t recommend him highly enough. His sessions are 5*, he’s very engaging and knowledgeable and he’s really helping my daughter gain some confidence in herself. I can't recommend TutorRight highly enough. Chris tutored my daughter for her maths and science GCSE and did a much better job than her teachers! Chris gave her the confidence to believe in herself and get the marks she needed. He is an excellent people person and managed to find the perfect balance to make her feel comfortable through humour while getting the job done. Second time I have used TutorRight, the first was for A Level Physics for my son 3 years ago and over the last 7 months we've used them for A level Psychology for my other son. Chris Walsh was recommended to me by my Son's English Tutor as i'd asked if he knew anyone who could help him with Maths with his upcoming GCSE'S. I had a call from Chris and immediately knew that he was perfect! He talked me through how the grading system works, expectations and what he could achieve and cover. On my Son's first session Chris really engaged with him and asked him general questions like where he thought he was at and what he felt he needed help with. From day one Chris made him feel at ease. So...roll on GCSE exam time this Genius only tells my Son he majored in his Sciences aswell so we asked if he could tutor Physics, Chemistry and Biology evening's before if he had those exams the following day instead of Maths which he was more than happy to. Chris even gave my Son tutoring on a Sunday (Family Time) before an upcoming Science exam. I offered time and a half but he said absolutely NO! The thing with TutorRite is that they ACTUALLY CARE about each child, they don't just take the money and promise high grades. They work with the child and parents/carers together to get the best possible results. If you are thinking of getting your child a place I would move quickly as when I asked there was literally one hour a week left available so I grabbed it and that's not joking as my Son was never allowed to change his slot ever!

My daughter attended the 11 plus lessons here and absolutely loved it. The tutors were great and we received feedback on progress periodically. They got homeworks to do outside of their weekly tuition . I'm pleased to say that my daughter was succesful and scored very highly in the exams, enough to secure an offer in one of the outstanding grammar schools, even though we were outside catchment area. Kip McGrath Walkden is an amazing place for any child to get the customized academic support that they need. The tutors are warm, encouraging, qualified, engaging and very tuned in to the needs of each child they teach. My children have wonderful things to say about all of their tutors and I see this reflected in how well they are doing at school. 5/5 for outstanding value! My son has just been offered a place at a grammar school that was his first choice. His tutors at KM Walkden have been amazing at offering bespoke advice, guidance and support all through his 11 plus journey. I contacted Ash Tutors as I needed help with my 6 year old son who has been struggling in literacy. As a primary school teacher myself, I wanted someone who was as passionate with kids as I am and obviously it was setting the bar high to ensure his tutor met my high standards whilst I was teaching other children! I contacted Geoff recently as I need support for my son in his final GCSE year in all three sciences. Never having used 'tutor agencies' before I was attracted to Ash Tutors as it seemed to be a little different - smaller and somehow more personal. On first contact I was very impressed with the detail to which Geoff went in assessing our needs in order to find the most appropriate tutor. Geoff put us in touch with Gemma whose approach is absolutely fantastic - super efficient, supportive and positive, going to a lot of trouble, initially and as an ongoing basis to understand our needs such that detailed learning plans are developed from a very informed perspective. She is massively enthusiastic for her subject and her teaching. Her teaching and learning strategies are engaging, fun and everything I associate with excellent teaching and a good student experience.
