Magnificent! You often only see a company's true colours when things go wrong. Aaron installed several new outside lights earlier this year. Recently, 3 started failing (plus a 4th of the same type). Aaron has readily replaced them with a different type of light (and replaced a faulty junction box which wasnt even part of the original job.) Truly 5 star service. Fantastic customer service. Thank you for the brilliant work! It was so lovely to have a tradesman provide so much background information and be so genuinely friendly and polite! Amrik completed the job to a high standard, cleaned up any mess and really provided some giggles! There was no pressure to provide payment immediately or be pushed into any other services but he still took the time to answer my questions about other future jobs. Initial communication was great and Amrik gave me a call 30mins before his arrival so really have no complaints! Will definitely use again :)

MAP Electrical is fantastic! They’re incredibly reliable, always quick to respond to my requests in a polite and friendly way. James came and fitted me a number of plug sockets and fixed some light fittings. Unlike most trades people he came when he said he would and the estimate and final bill were fine. Phil and the lads have been outstanding on my home renovation. No job was too big or too small, they managed to sort out some wiring that had been done incorrectly previously and all the lads had a ‘can do attitude’. They turned up when they said they would, worked around all the other tradesmen in the house and didn’t let me down once. The lads were always polite and tidied up after themselves (including taking their shoes off when working in clean areas, without even being asked!) The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

Paul is a really genuine nice guy. Excellent Electrician and nothing is too much trouble. Fitted 2 new wall lights ,7 sockets and fixed 2 ceiling lights. One of the wall lights turned out to be faulty, paul came back and took it down for us then came and put the replacement up. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Paul has done quite a lot of work in the sheltered housing scheme I live in. He was recommended to me via some of the residents. I needed a new cooker wiring in. I had been given 3 phone numbers for electricians. Out of 3 definitely he was best on price. He is personable,punctual and a quick and very tidy workman. Contacted Paul for new lighting in the house. He supplied some high quality products and expertly installed them too. Previous cable work (from others before we bought the house) was not done very well but the problem was solved by Paul. We're very happy with the results as well as with the overall cost of parts and labour. Paul is a great, friendly tradesperson who has lots of experience/advice and his services were 10/10.
