Tony gives a great service. Responsive, punctual and considerate. He did a great job replacing two consumer units with a single, larger capacity unit, made good both the sockets & lights circuits of my garage/utility and gave the house circuits a health check. Gave me good advice and I've recommended him to my daughter. I'm now getting him lined up to install some storage heaters on that lovely new capacity :-) Photos of before & after.

EV Charger Home Installation Professional, neat installation. Great communication prior to arriving to fit unit and explained exactly what he was going to do before he started the installation. Heavy rain not an issue for Tony, golf umbrella quickly erected and work continued. Cleaned up after installing and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for any electrical work that I may require.

Called Tony to see if he could help install a light fitting we were struggling with. Tony popped round on his way home after an already long day and called me when on the way which was appreciated. David did an amazing job fitting my Tesla Wall Connector, very polite and responded quickly. David was able to come and fit the charger within about 4 days of first contacting him. I didn’t want any unnecessary wiring on show, and David said that was no problem, as we could install all the wiring on the other side of the wall (in my case, that was the garage). Would definitely recommend David to anyone 👍🏻

David Rann of Smart Power Electrical Ltd fitted our Tesla Wall Connector and the Pen Loss Detection unit which we needed for our Tesla. David turned up at the time agreed and was very efficient sorting out with us where to install each of the two units. When he had finished the installation he then connected our Tesla Apps to the Wall Connector. This was not straight forward and we were impressed by his knowledge to get the Apps connected. David then demonstrated how we should use the Tesla Wall Connector. We found the service provided professional and efficient.

Really, really impressed with David and his install. He turned up on time, was communicative throughout and installed the Tesla charger neatly and quickly, leaving no mess behind. First class service from a very decent chap.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Blue Arc were recommended to us by our decorator. It was a great recommendation. Damian and his team did what they said they were going to do, in the agreed time frame and for the price quoted. They are a polite, professional team, and the Apprentice is a credit to himself and them. We needed new wall and patio lights re-doing which was no easy task owing to the stone walls involved but the work was done to a high standard and they tidied up afterwards. Blue Arc are great. We had a range of electrical work done on the house over a three day period (kitchen, bathroom etc) and Damian and his team were brilliant. Great communication throughout - clear advice and options made it easy to think through different solutions with Damian. The whole team were courteous and easy to have around. They arrived promptly, did a great job and kept us up to speed with the work.

Our garden required new fence posts and panels, flagging with Indian paving and the installation of artificial grass. This was all completed to an exceptional standard, despite the tight turnaround required and all within the budget initially quoted. The efforts made by the team to ensure the garden was completed in time for our son to enjoy the summer was greatly appreciated and they worked tirelessly, efficiently and professionally throughout. We are very grateful and would highly recommend.

By process of elimination, as recommended by Blue Arc, we were able to figure out which appliance was causing the problem. So impressed by their service. I can't recommend them enough!
