Another great job completed today second time using fusion electrical. Electricians were very polite and friendly. Carried out extra work needed same day which was great. Good communication from the office team aswell. Will definitely recommend.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Dealing with Fusion was straightforward. The office staff were polite and helpful and did everything they could to get my work completed promptly. The electricians who worked at my house were very friendly and respectful of my property and my needs. Their prices were fair and the billing was really clear. I would definitely recommend Fusion.

The company did a general overhaul of our system as it was fairly old... Complete rewiring and adding modern lights in the lounge hallway and kitchen.. I first had work done by Lectrix 5 years ago when a fan needed replacing in my office, they were quick to respond and did a tidy clean job. I have used them twice since and I would recommend them.

Used Lectrix today to fix our broken light circuit in the dining room and to replace the ancient wall sconces and ceiling lights there and in the hallway. They were worth every penny, found the issue pretty much straight away and solved it and replaced the lights really quickly. Very friendly, professional and tidied up neatly afterwards. I would 100% recommend and will be reusing them again for any future electrical work that we need doing.

Not the cheapest but did a first class job. Good communication, arrived bang on time. Removed old fuse box and fitted new consumer unit. Also swapped a light switch and found an issue but spent time to figure out the problem and find a fix. Recommended.

We've used Simon for two jobs now, to fit a bathroom fan and a new kitchen hob (in both cases, fixing cowboy work done by the previous owners). Each time they've been responsive and helpful when we reached out, turned up on time and done a good job for a good price. Cannot recommend enough!

Gary has done an amazing job for our house. He gave us a clear explanation on what work he will be carrying out for us such as the changing of consumer unit, fault finding, fixing of loose cables, and installing new power socket points. I’ve found my new go-to Electrician. Needed a complete rewire for older property before moving in. Gary is very knowledgable, experienced and friendly. His work is tidy and of a really high standard, and he went above and beyond to help/advise us with other areas of the house. He also did what he could to progress things when we experienced other delays. Would definitely recommend.

Gary is a hard working, knowledgeable and professional electrician. He worked with our dates to coincide with building work. Being an older house, he had a challenging day and worked ALL day until the work was finished. Work to a very high standard, thoroughly tested and tidied old cabling, while accessible, including cutting off a set of old cables. Very happy to recommend and will definitely use again!

Mark came and fixed an alarm that had already been installed but the original electrician was struggling to get to the bottom of a fault I was having with it. Mark has the patience of a saint, it took hours to rectify but he wasn’t going to leave until my alarm was fixed and working. He’s a really genuine guy, and clearly cares about what he does. Greg was great. Punctual from original quote to completing the job. He installed spotlights, shaving socket and extractor fan in a bathroom refurb. Very happy with the results and Greg even came in to do a time sensitive bit of work when he was obviously under the weather - which was much appreciated. Would 100% use again and recommend.
