Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

My new house needed a full rewire and Gavin and his excellent team did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything very carefully. They started work on time and did a fine job. All my carpets were protected and my home was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. The plastering work was also finished to a high standard with care taken to match the surfaces. Gavin even came in on Saturday to finish off and clean and tidy and I was able to contact him and discuss the work at any time. We contacted Luke to tidy up the electrics for our heating system for the house. We had a number of issues resulting from the work of poor tradesmen that left us with no control over house heating and no way to heat water. We have a condenser boiler that is controlled by a Nest thermostat. I must say, Luke did an incredible job troubleshooting the issue, working systematically and taking time to understand the setup and identifying the root cause, which was definitely not obvious. 5 stars well deserved!

Paul is a really genuine nice guy. Excellent Electrician and nothing is too much trouble. Fitted 2 new wall lights ,7 sockets and fixed 2 ceiling lights. One of the wall lights turned out to be faulty, paul came back and took it down for us then came and put the replacement up. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Contacted Paul for new lighting in the house. He supplied some high quality products and expertly installed them too. Previous cable work (from others before we bought the house) was not done very well but the problem was solved by Paul.
