Firstly a thoroughly courteous and charming man. I had apower outage and within an hour of calling him he was with me. He was installing assessing the problem and suggesting the solution. He investigated methodically confirming his initial suspicion. He fixed the problem and advised on the cause and how to try and prevent it recurring. His charges were reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, if needed and would recommend him to anybody in need Really good experience. Thank you Lee

I am almost 62 and have had many tradesmen over the years but I can honestly say Lee and his team are the best I have ever had. They arrived when they said they would which is unusual these days and they were all approachable and friendly and they did a fantastic job of installing my solar batteries. They provided good old fashioned service when ensuring everything was done to perfection. I can't speak highly enough of them and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and I would definitely use them again. If you need electricians who specialise in solar then look no further. Thank you to every one of the team.

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, good value for money and exceptionally honest. I found this company on google and was a bit unsure as with any company I've found online before without a recommendation, but I sent over an enquiry and was surprised to see I had a prompt reply. After agreeing for work to be carried out Kroiy arrived on the day explained what to expect. Him and his colleague Worked exceptionally quick and with minimal disruption. Very tidy and very honest with charging for work carried out. Excellent value for money and great quality. Would definitely recommend and would happily use again. Kroiy was also available a few weeks later to help me with changing over some settings and called me within an hour of messaging him. Fantastic aftercare.

Luke and his team came to fit some new light fittings and sockets. The work is impeccable and very neat. While they were here, they also inspected the electrics and advised me of a flaw from the previous owner which we were unaware of, potentially saving us from damage in the future. These guys are great communicators and very reliable, I will be booking more work in the future and would recommend 100%.

Really smooth EV charger install at a competitive price! Brad was super helpful arranging everything with great communication, and the installers Phil and Caden were super prompt, polite, hard-working and tidy. They asked lots of relevant questions and did everything as we wanted the job doing. Really pleased with the before, during and after - really love the charger!

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Great experience dealing with Martin. Listened to my issue over the phone, suggested a couple of probable causes and gave me a timeframe for when he could come and assess the fault in person. Provided a fix in a short time and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
