Professional, punctual and friendly service. Mick Reeves arrived at the time arranged. He fitted my alarm with no damage to paintwork etc. He made sure my home was left clean and tidy. He explained in detail how the alarm system works and even installed and set up the app on my phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again if I needed any service’s that they offer.

GHE Electrical have just completed a service of my burglar alarm and CCTV system. Josh arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of my property. He listened to my questions and requests and, once he confirmed my requirements, he completed the work efficiently. Once he had completed the work, he went through what he had done and confirmed that everything I had asked to be done had been completed to my satisfaction. I reached out to Stuart at GHE Electrical for a quote on a new extractor fan hood for our cooker, and received a prompt response with the quote. They provided both the supply and installation, arranging a date and time that was convenient for us. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I requested to add an additional service: installation of a light fitting in our conservatory. GHE Electrical accommodated this request without issue, seamlessly adding it to the job. On the day, the team arrived punctually. Both electricians were professional, friendly, and efficiently installed the extractor fan and light fitting. They completed the work with no mess, leaving the area spotless. I highly recommend GHE Electrical for their excellent service and professionalism.

Had an issue with the light switches in our house for years since we first moved in due to previous work being done incorrectly. Had been looked at when we first moved in by another electrician who could not figure out the problem. Danny managed to figure out the issue & correct it quickly. Very polite & professional. I cannot rate this company more highly- reliable, professional, punctual and hard working. Both Dave and Simon have been absolutely brilliant. They responded to my query on the same day AND came over to provide me with a quote that day. They came the next day to start the work, prompt and on time. They did the job absolutely spot on AND even made time to come back the next day upon my request, even though they were busy. Received a wonderful service today when I had an urgent electrical repair. Dave was quick to respond, he came to see the damage, picked up the part needed and installed it all within the hour. Dave was professional and friendly and I found the cost of the repair was very reasonable considering the urgent nature. I will be using the company again in the future, very happy with the service.

Dave came to an emergency call out when our power was out. He was here within half an hour of us calling him and had the power back on quickly. He returned two days later to fully resolve the issue. He was friendly, professional and informative. We will use him again and would reccomend to family and friends.

I used Joule Electrical to fit a new outside light, additional garage lighting and replace some existing light fitting. Adrian is very meticulous to detail and made sure that I was happy with each part of the work before he completed. He never tried to rush any part of the job and made safe works that others had left, keeping me well informed each time he found an issue. After completing the works he made sure that I was completely happy with each part the installation, talked me through everything that he had done. After completing he made sure the house was left clean and tidy. The finished works were to the highest of quality and the cost more than reasonable for the amount of time spent. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using his services again.

Have used Dave twice now, first to fit a new double oven for me and secondly to fit a 32amp outdoor supply for a new hot tub, communication throughout was 1st class and both jobs where carried out to the highest standards and finished in a timely manner, could not recommend him enough, would not hesitate to use him again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dave is an excellent electrician. He is professional, punctual, precise, and personable. He communicates clearly and effectively. He has done a thorough and high standard job on every occasion. Absolutely delighted with a recent rewire that Tom has just completed at my mother’s house. My mother is elderly and obviously having such a big job completed at the age of 81 is very difficult . From the start, we were given detailed estimates, clear breakdowns of costs and also verbally explained what needed doing . Tom is professional, extremely hard working and a true gentleman in the way he respected my mother and explained things. The wiring was over 70 years old, and throughout he showed us the work he was doing and also the old wires that he had replaced . We also decided to ask to have additional work completed as well in terms of fitting security lights attached outside as well. The floor boards all put back perfectly and tidied up as he went along . At the end we were given receipts, detailed paperwork to say exactly what work he had completed and all the appropriate electrical certificates, as well as written guarantees. After being recommended to me by my dad I have used Tom multiple times now at my house and he is just superb! He turns up when he says he will and really takes care to ensure he is working to what I require - and I know I am an awkward, fussy customer and so this is especially noted and appreciated! Outstanding, caring company. My elderly parents(80+ years) struggled with cooker breakdown at teatime on 23/04/2024. Karl went out of his way to attend from Wigan down to New Longton Preston after 5pm in the middle of motorways closed and chaotic traffic. Cannot recommend enough!
